Personal is very friendly. Good equipped. Attractive design.
Very difficult to find. Nobody knows about this rooms. Cold.
The place is located in an old area of Casa : Maarif, which gave us the occasion of discovering another part of the city. Real popular place , we were among of Casaoui.
Little bit hard to find
It's a great little studio. It is a little bit out of the way but taxis are so cheap it isn't an issue. Staff were very helpful.
The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was a challenge to find as there is no signage but after a phone call we we were met and led there. Wifi was good most of the time. We really liked the area as it was in the middle of a local suburb so gave us the chance to see local life however for some travelers especially those on their own they may find it a bit much. We walked everywhere from here but apparently the number 7 bus does go close to it.
It would have been helpful to have a map on arrival so we could get our bearings.
After 2 weeks of hotels/riads, a pleasant change to have self catering accommodation. Outstanding value for money, which more than compensates for the taxi ride into the centre.
Location means a taxi ride to the port/mosque/ricks café... The "reception" is in a different building to the address given. Fortunately, there was someone to help, although the concierge was having his lunch and he wasn't interested in helping at all. Note, since this is self catering, there is a "contract" to sign - it isn't just like checking in.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The room was very poor quality. The kitchen was not functional. Stove knobs were broken and did not look safe to use. Microwave was very old and hardly warm anything. The apartment needs renovations badly. Big disappoint. Not worth the money.
the man who works is great, helpfull. the location is good near to restirants and some coffee shops
- no tissue in the apprtment. - no shampo, shower gel. - you can hear anyone in the street
The location was good, close to the centre, and has a good price comparing to anything else close by. Many thanks to Mustafa for being so helpful.
The cleanliness of the rooms and towels
Very helpful staff who met us in the street, took us to the apartment and, most importantly, arranged secure parking for us. There were small shops nearby which stock most things one would need for a short stay.
Excellent friendly and understanding staff. Comfortable and practical surroundings. Very good for the price.
Although visit was in October, rooms were hot and could do with some air conditioning, fan which was provided would hardly be benough in warmer months.
Location is good staff are helpfull
The bathroom is not in a good condition
The location was good also the appartent is calm and clean , there are aome cafes in the area.
Wifi was so poor
Centally located. Comes with kitchen and dining area. Suite rather than just a room. Nice tarrace. Plenty of seating.
No hot water. No air conditioning. No lights in hallways. Broken plumbing. None to very poor Wifi. Lot of mosquito and flies. No front desk. No local phone.
It was cheap at that time.
There was no air conditioning. I had to open the windows to get some air. And it is located in a dodgy place.
only clewned once a week wi fi is down most of time broken safe no copy of contract to me no one available in pereon or on phone to hand keys to on leaving
There is no Ventilation and Conditioning systems, old grey color linens and towels, old furniture, old shower fittings...
It had wi-fi
There is no reception. The area is very poor. the room is untidy and dirty. definitly not worth the money.
Location, cleaning girls very friendly.
they are controlling you everytime you get in and out of the appartment, I love Morocco and next time I will rent from privte people, at least will not be controlled. and much cheaper
Location in maarif & near kenzi as well franklin blvd. is great
Depends on which apt. you end up with u can different exp. the one on ground floor is not so good...
too noisy day and night
We liked the nice cosy room, the decoration, the nice bathroom. Everything was clean
Some nights there were very loud neighbours, the kitchen equipment was poor, it took two days to get a teapot.
Every thing was abnormal
