It was cheap at that time.

There was no air conditioning. I had to open the windows to get some air. And it is located in a dodgy place.

We liked the nice cosy room, the decoration, the nice bathroom. Everything was clean

Some nights there were very loud neighbours, the kitchen equipment was poor, it took two days to get a teapot.

Great price for what we got. Good location as it was central and close to where my friend lives in Maarif

The wifi was spotty and only could really be used in one room

The neighborhood is great, with lots of workaday cafés and kebab stands tucked into the Maarif and trendier restaurants and cafés on the surrounding boulevards. Easy access to all of Casa by taxi, tram or bus. It was interesting to stay in an area that isn't the city center or Anfa.

A bit overpriced for not providing any services (not even towels). Lumpy bed and no heat. Make sure your taxi driver understands which Boulevard is which, as they have changed names. If you end up at a storefront next to an Italian restaurant, you need to continue further down the boulevard to the agency. Definitely have the number of the agency with you as the address is confusing.

The apartment was not at all as pictured. One roll of toilet paper and two small towels for a five night stay. Not at the address posted but a ten minute walk with our luggage. Cab drivers couldn't locate the apartment.

The location, the cleanliness, the leaky shower, the lack of towels, no laundry facilities.

Both a positive and negative point; we did have privacy and were never bothered. However, actually trying to get a hold of the conciege when we needed to was often impossible, even within working ours (and certainly impossible out of ours). After taking the money on the first day I never saw him again. No cockroaches in my room! (though there were in others) Clean bed sheets. When the hot water finally arrived, it was actually hot. A decent TV.

Was not the room from any of the photos, disappointingly very very small. Asked for a 2-person room, was barely large enough for 1. Cooker was broken - sent painful electric shocks when touching the pan! No curtain (or mop) for the shower so ended up with a constantly wet and dirty floor. Hot water takes 10 minutes to come through. No lock on the exterior sliding door. Wi-fi was very slow/useless at most times.

There's nothing much to say..! Ppl were good, smiling and helpful.

I've arrived at Casablanca at + 3 am, and had to spent the night there. Tomorrow, I've immediately taken my leave to another, due to very poor quality facility. I think with a little more investment, the hotel can become a good place to stay.

We liked that We didn't stay in the apartment , We paid . But We couldn't stay , So we booked and paid for another hotel , it's shame and we're glad that we did .

Our apartment supposed to be for 4 people , but it not, it's for 2 , 2 double beds. One in a room the other one in the living room and the living room tiny . And the kitchen on top of your head , and if you want to sleep and one of your partner want to watch TV or use the kitchen or they want have fun in the living room , you can't . So no one of us want to be in the livingroom . However, there is no privacy , and the location is far from everywhere .

    Central Casablanca

The address of the apartment was incorrect and I should have been given the address of the check in office which was different to the apartment. There was no lock on the patio sliding doors.

    Nothing . Everything was bad.

They asked me to pay more than 180€. So I didn't like it and I stayed with them just one night and I changed the hotel.

Maarif zone was very good and closed to the oriental market

The residence apartment was not the one I booked but the second night they gave the adjustable apartment after more pressure from my side, was not clean. The team didn't deliver the residence I agreed upon will not book in Maarif again.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were upgraded from a room to one of the apartments-excellent value, although we would have been very happy in the smaller room too. No problems with a smelly drain for us. Have rebooked for our last day in Morocco

I tried to book the driver from the airport, but it didn't work out. You can catch a taxi for 300DH max into the city and one of the staff members came to meet us and took us to the apartment. Very easy.

the apartment was clean and the staff was really very friendly and kind!

The apartment is a little bit far from the city centre and the first day the taxi asked us 200 dhm!
