The location and view is excellent. Staff are friendly Our room was not clean overall, sheets were not changed, we had to request new ones. Breakfast buffet is basic. Location of the hotel on booking.com is wrong !

Excellent location just on the lake with stunning view from the room The restaurant needs renovation and the Dinner menu was very limited and the food not up to the standard particularly there are no near by places to eat

По местным меркам шикарный отель с небольшой территорией, вышколенным персоналом. Номер с террасой и потрясающим видом на горное озеро. Тишина, покой и умиротворение. Приехав, пожалели, что остановились на 2 дня. Отсутствие блюд из меню.

La situation géographique, le luxe des suites, la vue magnifique, le calme. La terasse est superbe, la piscine agréable. Petit déjeuner (buffet) correct, sans plus, mais non compris dans le prix. Nous avions réservé une suite. A notre arrivée, la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout au descriptif... Après réclamation nous avons été changé de chambre... Et nous n'avons pas été déçu ! Mais il a fallu réclamer... Le restaurant, les équipements font vieillots et limite ringard... Très sombre. Le personnel, attentif, n'est cependant pas à la hauteur des prétention d'un hôtel de cette catégorie. Nous avons testé le restaurant malgré les critiques très négatives, car finalement à Bin el Ouidane vous n'avez pas beaucoup de choix. Finalement c'était standard, pas mauvais, assez cher globalement. Pas de Wifi en dehors du hall d'entrée et de la terrasse...
