Check in was smooth as I had made online reservation for two rooms. My uk passport was returned to me after filling out the check in forms. Luggague was taken to my room when I asked them to show me my room. Location of the hotel is good but there is a late night club opposite the hotel and next to the hotel, so you can expect some noise if you were unlucky to get a room facing the small street. My room was excellent, had a small balcony, facing the beach, and great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Staff were all friendly & helpful. At check out they printed the invoice in french and charged us for breakfast despite the fact that we never took breakfast and our reservation was for room only. I had to dash to the airport and therefore I did not have the time to argue the case with them. Don't get ripped off like us. I feel Riad Salam is better located as an alternative......(Khalid U.K.) |

The only hotel in Casablanca really close to the beach with a great seaview. The view from a balkony was just great!!! The room is also fine and staff at reception nice and polite, speaking at least some english The pool was smaller than I expected from photos and situated just in front of the restaurant - so I would not be comfortable swimminf and have sunbathing in front of muslim businessmen in suites having busines meetings. More than that - the water was not warmed - so no chance to swim in the end of November. On fridays they have a show program on the 1st floor - so no chance to sleep till 1 at night - as you hear everything in your room - and believe me, it is really loud! Some waitresses in the restaurant we really unpleasent, even not trying to smile or to be nice with us. |

It was a good stay for me and my companian. The hotel staff was courtious and helpful. The view of the Atlantic shore was fantastic. The dinner club operated by the same hotel was quite expenive with no English on the menu and the floor show that was advertised with the dinner was quite brief. |

We found the breakfast staff very cold. I am not sure if we just had a language barrier....but our treatment was very cool in relationship to the business travellers that were there. Also, noticed a head waitress pick up our tip left for our waitress and hid it in a napkin and proceed to put it in her pocket. Here again we may not understand the policy there but it looked so sneeky in the way she did it. |

Clean, nice hotel. Helpful and polite personnel. Clean and well-decorated room with ocean view. Very fast wired internet (don't forget to bring your Ethernet cable, if you plan to use it). Receptionist tried to charge me for use of mini-bar, that I never opened. |

Everything else - great room with awesome sea view, great breakfast, nice pool The Internet connexion was down during one of the days I was there - one needs to plan in advance for this kind of situations that I understood that are current. A bit noisy during one of the night as somebody pushed the horn for 10 min on one of the neighboring streets. |

The location - bedroom was also ok. Biscuits in room were very good. The hotel was in need of refurbishment and not clean in the public areas and service was poor, waiter staff did not understand French well let alone english the location is nice and generally if improved this could be a good location. |

It's a nice getaway from the city itself, but not too far out. Good sea views and lovely promenade along the waterfront close by. Courteous staff. Complimentary fruit basket and water on arrival. Decent breakfast (by local standards) Can be noisy at night, both from other guests and from nightlife in the neighbourhood |

The hotel is in a good location and is clean. Other people that we spoke to said that this hotel was the best in the area. Compared to other hotels that I have stayed in this hotel is very overpriced. Our room was not ready when we arrived, the staff were not very helpful at all and a friend travelling in my party found a member of staff going through her belongings. |

Very good overall impression. Nice staff, good location, clean, comfortable, nice sea-view, excellent breakfast. During night we heard some deep, motor-like noise from the building. Not very loud, though. |

The best thing about the hotel is its scene. Atlantic ocean is just a few steps from the hotel. |

The view to the beach is wide. The breakfast is good for a four star hotel. The discription of the room is not quite real. The noise in the neighbourhood till late hours. The price of the extra bed was set at the arrival, and at departure they wanted 50% more, after they more or less accepted my contest. The exchange rate applied when paying the bill,we paid 1640 Dh for 138 euros, one nignt double appart. with breakfast and TVA, without city tax and extra bed, I think the price we paid excceded the amount refered when the booking was made, I only can confirm the information when I will see my credit card account |

Very relaxing. Staff were incredible. Lovely pool and two minutes walk to the beach. They also had a spa down stairs, looked very clean and professional. The hotel had three restaurants, fantastic food in all of them. Locaion is great for relaxing, you need a taxi (max 3 dhiram) to the shopping area or the mosque. But that was not a problem. Most of the staff spoke English, but all of them spoke French. The sun beds could have been better, since the rest of the hotel has a really good standard. It would also been nice with English menus, not only in French. |
