The fruit basket on arrival was nice and the proximity and view of the beach was also nice. First impressions are important and unfortunately the reception people were not vey nice on check in or with any questions after that. |

Friendly and liberal environment. Contrary to conditions specified in booking they charge for breakfast and all taxes, including VAT.They should be stopped from doing that to avoid legal action by clients. |

The hotel was in a nice seaside location and offered a modern, clean and comfortable room. The room faced the ocean and there was very load music coming from the beach and the window had no effect in blocking the noise. It kept us up until 3 in the the morning. The staff did not seem interested in helping us deal with the problem. |

I liked the fact we were on the ground floor and the little swimming pool was steps away - also it was lovely and quiet and was a close walk to the beach the only problem i had was the men in the apartment next to us were sun bathing nude - which was a little out of line as they just assumed that we were okay with it them doing that. |

The variety of the restaurants. When l arrived they claimed they had no reservation. Fortunately l had a copy to show them but l ended up in the older part of the hotel rather than the new rooms which l booked. They were full all the time so l could not move into the new rooms. The room l had looked out onto the back of an old building. |

good ocean view, nice room and good staff the room would have been perfect if it hadn't been for the every night shows on the beach which made it impossible to sleep during the night |

Very clean comfortable room with quiet air con. Good sized swimming pool with comfortable loungers. Good choice of restaurants and bars providing excellent food. Quite noisy at night due to nearby club/restaurant. |

The view of the sea and the service and amability of the personnel I couldn't sleep beacause of a party that lasted till 4 in the morning. The noise was so loud. |

The hotel room had a refrigerator in the room and there is a little grocery store around the corner where you can buy basic supplies. It is a good seaside location and will be better once the construction work along the foreshore is completed. The hotel is a little too far from the railway stations and city centre. Taxi drivers wanted to charge 60 Dirhams for transport from Casa Voyageurs. It is only worth 40-50 Dirhams. |

Location and ocean view from the room is spectacular, although you have it only if you've paid for a such. Staff at the concierge desk is extremely kind and helpful. Although advertised that wireless internet is available everywhere in the hotel, fact is that is available only in the lobby and surrounding areas. Physical UTP cable connection from the wall to the laptop did not work. / Staff at main reception desk ignorant and unconcerned for guests (contrary to the staff at concierge desk). |

Friendly Staff Hotel Receptionest Gave me pool view room although my reservation was for ocean View . I called them and asked for immediate change and they responded but i think they should be more careful about Customer,s preferences. |

The staff was friendly and keen to help but their English is quite poor. Ocean view room is good, otherwise, it faces a rather ugly cover for the mid part of the hotel. Though generally clean and the cleaning ladies made good effort, cockroaches were spotted in the room...maybe they should fumigate the place? |
