The Riad was superb quality, no faults to be found anywhere. The food was lovely and we'll worth having the 3 course meal there. We also had a massage whilst there which was very, very good. Staff couldn't do enough to help!

Everything was perfect at this riad!! From the beginning to the end we could not stop talking about the good decision we have made to stay at this riad, based on the good reviews on booking.com. The hospitality by the managers Amine and Said and the two loverly housekeepers was amazing. The rooms were beautifully designed and very clean! Every day there were fresh roses and there was a central airco system which is very pleasant. The breakfast served on the lovely roof top terrace was the best we had during our 3 week trip in Morocco. During our stay of 3 days at Dar 73, we also requested a hamam session which was a very good experience. The last night we also decided to have diner and again a good idea! The chef prepared the best tajine lotte (fish). We will definitely advice this riad to everyone visiting Marrakesh, not only because it i is a very good price/quality but because it actually feels like home!

Beautifully stylish suite, really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the plunge pool, a lovely place to sit and relax and listen to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech around you.

I recently stayed in Dar 73 for 4 nights during my visit to Marrakesh. I've chosen this riad based on the wonderful reviews given on tripadvisor and booking.com and after comparing the reviews of it with other riads. The moment I arrived at the riad, I was astound by the beautiful and tasteful décor. I picked the Tizi' N Taadat Suite Junior and the room is simply wonderful!!! As a frequent traveller, I have high expectations of room standard and I will rate this room as one of the best I've came across. Definitely value for money. Having air conditioning in the room is godsend, especially after a hot day of exploring the city.. The other riad I stayed in Essaouira was nothing close to this... It was old, dirty, no air-conditioning and is almost at the same room rate as Dar 73!!! (I so wanna pinch myself for choosing that riad!!) Anyways, the location of Dar 73 is excellent... a 10 mins walk to the market place and souk, a stone throw away from the El Bahia Palace and about 15mins from the Marrakesh Menara airport. The housekeeper, Rafika keeps the room spotlessly clean and replace fresh roses in the room daily...Once I asked for iron and ironing board, she offered to help me iron my clothes instead at no charge.. of course I left her some tip for her excellent service.. :) I had hammam done at the riad and it was such a good experience. My skin felt so smooth and totally cleansed!! :) I also had dinner prepared by Ayoub, the chef and he made such delicious Tajine fish.. My best compliments however, is left for Amine, the riad manager who stayed up till 1.30am to await for my arrival. He speaks fluent English and that's really important for me as I do not speak French nor Arabic... He is always helpful and attends to queries with a warm sincere smile. I got to know a lot about Morocco from him.

The Riad was right in the medina, close to many of the sights and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helped us organise a four day trip to the Sahara and back. Helpful tip: accept the transfer to the hotel offer as you will never find it on your own.

Walking back to the riad after dark felt threatening, although nothing happened to us.

Wonderful Moroccan breakfast served on the outdoor terrace. Homemade jam and butter, pancakes, fresh juice, fruit cup or yogurt, you Moroccan bread and spreads. Great location in the medina next to palacio bahia. Excellent service. Very kind people in charge of the Road. Very little and confortable. You feel like at home. Very safe in the Riad because they have cameras on the putdoor terrace and people in charge 24 hours. The street to reach to the Road is, as any other Road, narrow but safe because it is illuminated and people is quiet and nice.

The room was amazing. However, I would have prefer to have chosen a room in the first floor instead of what we had in ground floor because first floor seems more private. The call for pray at 5:00 can make you weke up five minutes the first day but it is worth to be aware that you are in an exotic place in the Medina. Probably this happens everywhere you are hosted in the medina. The Road worths it but it is a bit expensive for the Spanish purchasing power.

What a fantastic holiday and a beautiful place to stay. Simply everything about Dar 73 is perfect. Well located, close to Jemaa El Fnaa where the markets are. Our room was delightful, lovely authentic Moroccan feel to it but also very clean and modern. The shower was beautiful and a nice big bed! Roof Terrace was lovely, great to chill up there for a few hours Breakfast really was first class, I am now converted to Moroccan tea! What really set this apart though was the staff. Easily the most helpful and pleasant hotel staff I have ever dealt with Transfer to and from the airport was arranged for us, and they also arranged for us to go Camel trekking and really went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. Cannot recommend highly enough! Dar 73 - Thankyou!

friendly staff, good breakfast, the terrace and the comfort. Location very convenient to visit some of the turistic attractions. Very good wifi connection

Lack of television alternative in the rooms (probably on purpose) and only one available in the living room. Very limited bar service and dinner alternative constrained by very early reservation and no menu choice.

I liked very much the excellent, friendly and helpful staff. The design and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.Fresh breakfast.Massages and gommage in internal hammam are wonderful.Perfect wi-fi.

I didn't like the increase of 4% if payed by credit card.In my opinion not well advised during reservation, but the reception inform us during the acceptance.

    Decor Colour schemes Modern Wifi

Some staff unpleasant, rude, unhelpful if you speak English and not good French or Arabic then they don't fuss with you. They called me wicked for saying I do not like the fact the shower has no curtain or door. Breakfast small not filling And very Slow Cleaners we'll mannered and attentive.

    >The decoration off the Riad. As I booked a suite...a great room and bed.

1.The nasty neiborghood. The people walking around at night. 2. we were charged 4% because we use a credit card for pay the bill and nothing said on booking.com...so the owner decided to charge anyway...

Friendly staff, though night staff did not speak English. Excellent efficient and friendly services. Wonderful atmosphere. Fabulous breakfast.

Sign and directions to the hotel could have been better - especially from the front of the derb.

The staff were very helpful. The place is an oasis of calm in a crazy busy city

The hotel is situated down a dark alley with derelict buildings. The staff walk you to the taxi or from the taxi, but I wouldn't want to walk there at night alone.
