The Riad is really central, cozy, nicely coloured and clean. At our arrival we were greeted and offered a welcoming glass of mint tea.
Quality of sleep from our Windows was not excellent. We could hear noise from the street and from the internal patio. Guests are not given keys to the main door. On our last night we were woken up by another guest insistently knocking on the door at 5am. The terrace could be utilised more.
It was amazing un the riad dar aida! The staff was always so nice and sweet, we even could come back for just one night after a 3 day trip and got the same lovely room! Everyone going to Marrakesh should stay there!
It is a really good surprise when you enter in the riad at night, coming from the busy street. A little bit of heaven!!!
- beautiful interior - good location - helpful and friendly personal especially Ismail - good price - easy to find
- poor breakfast
The location in the kasbah (not overly turistic) at 5/10 minutes from the main square. Always a good walk in the end of the day into the Riad. The room was very good, also it was very clean. The place was decorated with very good taste. All the staff was very nice, always trying to help. A very nice place. We liked it a lot. We will return.
cosy, clean place
rather far from the center
Excellent breakfast Great , helpful staff Nice looking place and nice atmosphere Good location Internet

A very beautiful riad to stay in. We were welcomed in and given a sweet Moroccan mint tea on arrival and shown our room which was downstairs. The room is large, tastefully decorated and had a seating area which lead to an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom also has an open wardrobe space. We only stayed 2 nights but I could happily have stayed a lot longer. You're free to explore the riad and the upstairs terrace is a nice spot to look around. I really loved the sound of the tall palm tree in the riad and how peaceful it is there despite being in the medina. The staff were all great and I got so much useful advice and help.
Some attention to details seem to be left unfixed or unnoticed such as the shower head bracket being broken. It's minor but the place is decorated so finely and with obvious care it seems inconsistent to let broken items slide.
Friendly, hospitable staff. I was offered delicious mint tea when I arrived, and they were very helpful when I asked about taxis for the next morning and had breakfast ready nice and early for me. The room was delightful and clean and very comfortable. There was an issue with the card machine not working when I went to pay and leave (I think they would have really preferred cash) but they were great in the end. The location is within fair walking distance of the main square, but it is a much more "local neighbourhood" scene than the very touristy areas. Cafe Kasbah by the nearby mosque was great for delicious dinner on the roof terrace, too; with friendly service, lovely sunset over the mosque, and storks nesting on the roof opposite.
The friendliness of the staff
The open sky was blocked with a huge plastic....unfortunately no view because of the strong rains they had previously
Pulito, ordinato e vicino al centro.
tutto come da prenotazione
Very friendly and hospitable staff. Great location in the Kasbah.
A lot street noise from the Kasbah at night. Don't try to get there with a car. If you have rented a car try to arange a drop of / pick up point outside the kasbah.
Nice hosts, boiling hot water, Breakfast is nice but could use more variety, nice room & very comfy bed! A nice position in the kasbah, easy for taxis & the tour bus very close by. Local people great, easy access for Morroccan delights, food wise! When I return to Marrakesh would stay there again
The roof terrace needs attention, places to sit & relax. They tell me they plan to do this!
Friendly staff, Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Relatively cheap one among the riads in Marrakech.
A bit far from the square but nor a big deal.
Alles lovely romms, great breakfast, excellent host, fantastic postion. I can only praise tis riad!!!
Nice little riad,friendly staff,nice breakfast,although horrible coffee
We asked for a transfer from the airport but the staff answered so late that we couldnt confirm it. In the end we took a taxi that was 3 times cheaper than the transferprice from the hotel. Our first night there was no hot water which was not too nice after a long travel, but i have to say that it was not the fault of the hotel cause they were working in the street... What was a pity is that they have a beautiful roof terrace but no chairs or anything to sit on.
Service , food , location nice viems over the valley
