Score from 79 reviews Excellent
The Riad is located in Marrakech, 10 minutes from the Place Djamaa el Fna. It features an outdoor swimming pool and a gourmet restaurant in the heart of the Medina.

Located in a 15-minute walk from Djemaa El fna, Riad Al Nour offers a patio with a fountain, 2 Moroccan lounges and a terrace. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

In the heart of the old imperial city, 70 metres from Djemaa El Fna Square, Riad Jnane Mogador offers a Moroccan restaurant, a spa and wellness centre.
Score from 314 reviews Very good
The staff were outstanding in their customer care. Located close to places of interest. Very cosy environment. Beautiful terrace space.
No door between the room and the bathroom/toilet No facility to clean oneself with water after using the toilet (Common Muslim practice). Additional meals were more expensive than expected. No cereal with breakfast.
- The staff helped us get a driver for a fair price to take my husband and I through the city, meeting all the great points of Marrakesh. - Very clean. - Very receptive.
location, facilities, kind staff great tea
manager/owner was very pushy about desert tours and made us feel uncomfortable.
30 minute walk from all the places you'll likely want to visit (museum, garden, square, mosque). Two minutes from a traditional (public) hammam. Lovely common spaces and clean bedroom/bathrooms. Our room was fairly plain, but suited our needs just fine. A keyed safe was available to us in our room which was nice for storing our passports. The general manager of the dar loved to chat and give advice on day trips and other things to see in the area. Breakfast was fantastic if you like breads (real american drip coffee too)!
While we appreciated the (solicited) advice on day-trips outside Marrakesh, the general manager definitely pressured us to hire one of their drivers to see the Ourika Valley. When we asked about public transit options (e.g. grand taxi), he was fairly unhelpful and tried to dissuade us. We learned later that it would have been fairly easy to take this option. Similarly, we ended up paying for a driver to bring us around Marrakesh for a half day since we didn't know how far away the different sites were. Turns out, we could have easily walked to each of the places we visited. This made us feel a bit taken advantage of. Nevertheless, we recognize that the general manager is trying to sell their employees' services which is completely valid. Just know for yourselves that if you are healthy and like to walk, you can go to all the main attractions on foot from the dar.
- Good location - Good breakfast
- Noisy and non private room downstairs, right next to entrance and breakfast room - Dark and humid room with no windows (the one downstairs)
Owner very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Wifi is good.
Bathroom did not have a door.
Clean Room Safe Place Good Food
the lady was very hospitable, but the guy wasn't nice.
it is very hidden, you can't find Dar asdika with a map. wi-fi didn't work after 8pm.
- close to main road - breakfast was delicious - accommodating host (put up with our currency confusion!) - clean and nice room - good wifi
- the resident cat tried to scratch me and my bag...
Had a fab time staying at Dar Asdika, Mohammed was very hospitable and the other staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again, and maybe even book the whole Riad to stay with friends.
Really confortable and beautiful place.Really clean and next to the big square.I recommend to everyone.
a homey b & b! a true Moroccan interior. good location. about a 7-8 minute walk to the main square, & the best part is it's quiet. ensemble artisanal (handicraft cooperative) is just around the corner from here; recommended for high-quality shopping, no touts like those found in the souk. host mohammed does & knows it all. he's superman! cooks breakfast, even for super-early pick-ups for out-of-town trips. he arranges for those trips, too. I don't know if he gets enough sleep. some guests return in the wee morning hours, & he opens the door for them. just be aware that no keys are given out to guests. welcome treat on first day: Moroccan cookies & mint tea. dinner treat on last night: omelette berbere. all truly wonderful home-made cooking. had a chance to socialize with a French couple re. our past trips. generally, a clean room. I would return here in the future.
some problem with the credit card machine, but after several tries, worked out fine. same daily breakfast. suggest some fresh fruits. stayed on the first floor, next to the kitchen. could hear some noise in the morning (cooking; guests; tv), but no big deal.
amazing staff nice breakfast and tea service
This riad is a great location to the Mesina and central sights of Marrakesh. Parking is difficult in this area, however Mohamed, our host, made arrangements for parking along the street for us when we arrived by car. The area seems residential and appears safe day or night. The breakfast was plentiful too!
No bathroom door, simply a curtain to separate bedroom from bathroom. When traveling with family the room felt too small at times.
Very kind staff, central position and a really good price.
good location, cute riad, the guy did try but of course spoke no english...
booked for 4 nights tried to cancel one night was too late...22 euro a night, but ended up paying 136, not sure what Exchange rate they use....
Just make sure not to get the room downstairs. The only window goes to the common room there is no privacy at all. You feel like you are having guests in your room all the time.
Great welcome, comfortable bed and lovely decor.
Just a little too close to the Mosque for loud early morning wake-up calls.
The decoration is beautiful, the staff is very nice and attentive, breakfast is good and abundant. The hotel is near Djema el Fna, about a 7 minute walk through a modern street, it is very close, although the walk is not the nicest. The room was little, but sufficiently conformable and nicely decorated.
The room we had was on the ground floor, and the bathroom window looks directly into the 'kitchen'... Also noise and smells from the food are very noticeable inside the room, but again, it is only this specific room, that costs the less. I would recommend it for the price anyway, because it is a very nice place.
The owners were rally nice with us. The breakfast incredible! Its situation, really closed to an avenue and 8 min walk from the jemma fna square.
Our room was really nice but without window
