We chose this Riad also for our second stay in Marrakesh and it was very good choice. We find the Riad easily and we were satisfied as the first time.

    nothing.

We definitely recommend this Riad. It is located inside medina in not very touristic part. You can enjoy the life of real Marrakesh people. On the other hand it is very easily get to the souks and the main square (Jemaa el fna) is in walking distance. Jean Pierre (Manager) was extremely helpful (he explain us how medina works and advice us some interesting places in Marrakesh) and make you feel like home. The staff is very friendly and nothing is problem for them. The building of the Riad has it's own history but very maintained and clean.

If you are first in Morocco, I can recommended order taxi from the airport to Riad. It could be very difficult to find the Riad for the first time in Medina. There is no signs or Riad name. There is only number on the door. Breakfast was very good, but it could be a little bit boring after 4 days ...

Jean-Pierre was an excellent host and the staff were very kind and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay special. The Riad is incredibly, beautiful original features and charming decor. A tasteful fusion of old and new, Moroccan and French. The courtyard was cool and calm and the roof terrace was great for views and sun. The location is perfect, walking distance between the hectic souks to the South and the very different french quarter to the North. Contrary to other negative reviews we found the place quiet and peaceful and would struggle to find a bad word to say. Also incredible value for money, would strongly recommend!

Not a huge negative but the Riad is a little off the beaten track, once you find it however you can't get lost. Jean-Pierre also very helpfully gave us a map and explained walking routes etc.

The staff was extremely helpful at a bad experience that we had on the parking lot at our arrival. Jean Pierre gave very good explanations/informations together with a map about the medina and the paths to take.the room was cleaned every day.

It is not about disliking but we suggest as improvement to diverse the breakfast.

Everybody was very nice at the Riad, Jean Pierre was incredibly helpful when we arrived, gave us a map and a few tips on where to go (and where to get lost) over a mint tea. The Riad was very well located inside the medina but close enough to the gates if you want to visit outside the medina. The breakfast is amazing and served in the terrace, which is very nice! The room was very comfortable and clean. Me and my boyfriend loved our stay at the Riad and hope to go there again one day!

Our room was in the ground floor near the patio so you could hear everything outside and vice versa, which makes it not so private, but I guess it's normal at a Riad, and we didn't really mind because the overall experience was amazing and there wasn't any noise in the Riad at night so this wasn't a big concern. Overall we recommend this Riad!

We liked everything, about the riad. Jean-Pierre welcomed us very friendly and gave us a map so that we wont get lost, this helped a lot! (You should book airport transfer in advance). The room was very nice and clean just as the whole riad. The breakfast at the rooftop was perfect to start your day off good. The location is good, everything is in walking distance but as it is hidden in the side streets it is also quiet and beyond the hustle and bustle. We can strongly recommend this place, because you will get great value for money.

We were welcomed by JP, who helped us park our car at a safe spot and gave us suggestions about things to do in the city. The Riad is beautiful and very well taken care of. Our brekfast and dinner at the terrace were certainly a highlight. Definitely recommend.

Jean-Pierre was nice at our arrival, he explained about the area and the city. The place was nice, comfortable and clean. The terrace and the breakfast there were perfect. Room was good.

We booked this property because we could pay it by credit card. After the arrival he told us it was not possible to pay by card because they charge lots of taxes. That's really poor. We were very upset with that because they are laughing at us. Finally we had to pay a big amount of fees to take money from the bank...

We can second the other positive reviews about this place. The staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful. The inside of the Riad is beautiful and invites relaxation. The location is within convenient walking distance to many attractions. A local food market is very close by. Overall this Riad is a perfect base to explore Marrakesh. The Riad is rather hard to find when you first arrive. GPS coordinates or detailed directions (with photos?) would be a welcome addition to the confirmation email.

Friendly owner Jean Pierre, nice staff (Djoubi and a boy). Quiet, nearly empty. For the price (60 euro a day or so), was all good, clean etc. Hidden down a maze of alleys, you'd never find it without a guide, so book an airport transfer for 10 euro (cheap eh!?) Good location in the medina, so you can wander out of the hotel and get lost in the maze.

Breakfast was a bit boring after 3 days, 3 sorts of bread (crumpet-like pancakes), with jam, coffee and juice. Watch out for street scammers who will drag you off to a restaurant and act like they own it, serve food etc and hand you the bill with ripoff prices... and get half no doubt as commission.

A welcome respite from the hustle of the city. Majuba who ran the riad was especially kind, smiley, great with the children and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. Thank you. And Jean Pierre thanks too for your advice and guidance. We would happily come back.

The inconsiderate guest who smoked cigars on the same floor as my children's room in the evenings. As the courtyard was enclosed the smoke couldn't escape.

We spent 3 night in this beautiful riad in Marrakech. We found the city a little bit loud and stressful but all this just disappeared, when we arrived at this oasis middle in the old town. The owner Jan-Pierre and all the others they work there are so lovely, they helped us a lot and gave us many tips. The riad is unbelievable nice, the rooms, the bathroom, the "design" are just perfect, we could not choose better, when we planed the trip. There is WLAN and all the things what you need during your holiday, but much more important: when you just step into this riad you will love it at the first moment, and will never forget the orange trees in the middle of its garden. :) We can maximally advise to everyone! Thanks for the nice time Riad dar Binebine! :)

Really lovely staff, the women cooks very good, I recommend order a dinner in the riad at least once. We liked so much the breakfast in the terrace. Its also very close to the Plaza Jemaa (10 min walking) but appart of the "crazy" Souks. I recommend ordering the airport transfer at first (its hard to find the Riad by yourself).

Nothing. Dont care about the streets you have to walk to get in the riad, there're always people and are safe.

Once you found it, the Dar is very centrally situated. Nice rooms and friendly staff. A place to return.

Since it has no name placard on the door it is hard to find.

Spacious hotel with only 5 room so it is very quiet. Great quality beds and linnen. The breakfast is top notch with home made products and fresh tea, coffee and orange juice. Available whenever you want. Located in a very local place without any tourists.

No wifi on rooftop, though there are enough other spaces to go online. A big plus would be a bar to order beverages or snacks.

Jean Pierre, the owner, was an amazing host! This was the first place we stayed in Morocco and he went above and beyond to tell us about the city, how to get around, etc. He also helped me arrange a trip to the eye doctor when I woke up with an infection. his staff is also wonderful. The Riad is beautiful and in a great location close to the main plaza and souks. We also loved the ensuite bathroom with bathtub - what a treat! It was probably our favorite of the 9 other places we stayed in Morocco over our trip.

As most Riad's can be, it was a bit cold. They provide a gas heater which is nice but in the middle of winter it was still a bit chilly. Also, it did not bother us as we knew to expect it, but as in most Riad's it is not going to be as private as newer hotels. You can often hear what is going on in the courtyard, etc. We knew this about Riads and it did not bother us at all. It is al part of the more authentic experience! Overall we would highly recommend this Riad!

Kindness of the staff: The owner and the staff are very kind, they will provide you all the advices and will try to fulfil all the guest's needs.

The Riad is quite hidden, there are no signs and directions to find it, so, just arrived, the first time is difficult to find.
