Shady and intimidating characters hanging around the courtyard treating all visitors as idiots and cash cows. We have a sense of direction and prefer to choose our own eating places. Would NOT return to this place
Perfect location, charming decor - has a lot of character
No wi-fi upstairs, hot water took ages, bathroom flooded during the most brief of showers
relatively honest staff and beautiful interior setting.
not really "hot water".
In the Medina, close to the action, but a quiet alley. Very stylish courtyard.
The room and sheets were clean. The bathroom wasn't clean, but for this price, well enough.
The location is great yet not easy to find when you first arrive.Staff is kind and do their best to fix occurrences...though itd be better to foresee and prepare rather than solve.
FAMILY ROOM DECEIVED: We had been here two years before and either the room quality varies or the maintenance has slacked. After climbing two flights of stairs to the roof room (next to the so-called panoramic terrace which left a lot to be desired) we arrived at an unprepared room:no towels, used soap in sink and bathroom smelled excessively like humidity. The heating didnt work, nor did the tv(much less cable). No wifi in the room,to which staff responded we were too far.Later humidity smell was muffled with cheap fragrance. When it came around to pay, there was a surcharge for a third bed, when publicity said we had reserved a family room for four adults. It mentioned surcharge for extra beds but wasmisleading as one would expect the room to include 4 (referring to extra beds with 4+).
Excellent value for the price. Mostly friendly people. Efficient laundry done same day.
