Wi-Fi only available on the lower floor, dining area. Our room was on the 3rd floor quite inconvenient! Wi-fi very week and unrelaible.

    - Very, very hospitable; really making an effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible - Nice atmosphere inside, lots of room to sit down and cool off from the city - Breakfast and dinner were fine

    - Took some effort to get luggage in the hotel from our car - Prices for dinner and private hamman were a bit high for Morocco

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the beds comfy, the Riad was open 24/7 so we could come and go as we wanted, we organised a driver to collect us from the airport but for our return flight decided to get a taxi (much cheaper), the staff at the riad was more than happy to help us organise that and call this taxi-driver even though it wasn't through the Riad. Breakfast was basic but enough, pancakes and jam, breads, honey, there was plenty to choose from, we got eggs on 2 occasions as well, the mint tea was lovely and a real treat after a hot day in Marrakech, all in all a great stay and would recommend to others.

There are only minor negative points to mention; The Riad is quite difficult to find but to be fair once you know where it is it was much easier. Sometimes the water wasn't very hot, but again, with a little patience there was the opportunity to have a hot wash at least once a day. Lastly the Wifi didn't reach the bedrooms.

Friendly staff, location, breakfast, airport transfers, roof terrace

It was cold and rainy while we were there and the riad doesn't have heating (or totally waterproof ceilings!)

The attitude from the staff was amazing.

We found some ants in the matress and wifi does not work in the bedroom.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Riad is well placed for exploring. Really appreciated being able to return at any time of the day and use the facilities. Breakfast was always varied and substantial and English tea very welcome!
