Style Place where is located is very difficult to find. But that is unavoidable if your preference is inside of the Medina, which I recommend. There is not much to see in Fez outside the Medina. If you call the hotel, they will send somebody to help you in the curve side, some 500’ on a very difficult hallway. |

Wir haben ein sehr zuvor kommendes, freundliches Personal erlebt. Flair und Ambiente dieses liebevoll wieder hergerichteten Hauses ist schon klasse. Zusatzleistungen wie Massagen sollten in ihrer Dauer vom Hause aus mehr kontrolliert werden. |

location magnifica, staff molto disponibile, camera eccellente, vista panoramica da terrazza riad nessuno. lo staff ci ha aiutato a raggiungere riad, che non è ovviamente raggiungibile in macchina, sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. |

centraal gelegen details: fruit op de kamer was niet vers. doucheknop zat los waardoor water tot tegen het plafond rondspoot. eerste douche geen warm water. gordijn aan de deur zat los. kastdeuren vielen open en dienen vastgezet te worden met papier. een paar details heb ik doorgegeven in het hotel. ze maken er wel dadelijk werk van om het in orde te krijgen. personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam |

Riad magnifique, plein de charmes et très bien situé en plein coeur de la médina de Fès. Dépaysant et reposant, s'installer dans le patio pour lire en étant bercé par le bruit de la fontaine est un moment de bonheur et de détente. Personnel d'une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible. Restauration de qualité. Nous sommes partis en février à une période de faible affluence touristique et le riad était presque vide, ce qui renforce la sensation de calme. Un accueil irréprochable pour un prix très inférieur à celui de la haute saison. |
