Staff extremely friendly and available. Breakfast and location inside old medina.

the open patio being a smoking area, we had cigarette smoke inside our room, which maked us feel uncomfortable at some moments.

The staff was amazing. So kind and generous. Roof top terrace was beautiful! Staff went above and beyond arranging tours, just a complete pleasure!! Would definitely come back again. :)

Wifi wasn't available on the terrace.

Riad style accommodation worth experiencing. Good layout and rooftop terrace.

Very bad wifi service, poor to fair in common areas, non-existent in rooms. No TV in bedrooms. Sheets were older than me and well past needing replacing, pillows also past it and terrible. Bad smell coming from shower drain, don't leave the drain cover off for longer tan it takes for a shower. Very hard to find this riad, chances are you'll need to ask a local for some directions.

it was good value for money - rooms are beautiful, staff were friendly enough but my french is terrible so communicating was challenging sometimes. Nice breakfasts and a handy location - once you find it!

Never managed to finish a shower before the hot water ran out - not important in summer but winter isnt quite so warm. No wifi in the rooms unless you are in the one down by reception. Wifi in the courtyard by reception is fine though.

I do not recommend this place ! Really dirty, the bathtub was plugged up, they didn't change the sheets, I found hairs and a nail in it !

    I could sleep, poor breakfast...

location was really good. You can walk to "la place" it is only 10 minutes.

the staff talks a little bit english, it is difficult to communicate. The rooms are small. There is no door between the bathroom and the rest of the room, only a curtain. The breakfast is poor some bread and jelly.

    Rooms are clean

    - The owner is the most rude person we have ever met in our life; - the guests are not allowed to close the room's door, there isn't the key, you only have a very small safebox for your personal objects; - we booked a matrimonial room and we had two single beds; - it is 15 minutes walking far from jemaa el fna and the suk so not so near; - the swimming pool is 1m x 1m and dirty; - wifi is not present in all the structure but only near the reception; - no bathroom's door, only a curtain!!!; - we had to pay all the stay in the mean time we checked in (no credit card allowed); - every extra is very expensive, (2,5 euro a bottle of mineral water); - every meal (breakfast and dinner) is cooked before and warmed in microwave, we had a disgusting dinner compared to the average maroccan meals;

A very lovely stay, a real kindly staff always with a smile on the face. Location right in the middle of the Old City. Easy to walk to everywhere, just 10min to Plaza El Fna.

    Nice typical Riad

    - nobody of the staff speaks English - unfriendly and rude staff - breakfast is a bad joke - ridiculous high prices for tea, coffee, ... - The owner Stefan is the most rude and irritating person I've met in a long time - Never felt more unwelcome in any accommodation

Nice decor, calm and peaceful, good location in the medina. We had a free meal included in a 3night stay, the best meal we ate in Marrakech. We would stay there again, so recommended.

    Nothing.

    - good location - really awesome design - staff really friendly - we needed to leave earlier in the morning (before the breakfast time)... the owner had the good idea to give us a bag with the breakfast, so we could eat it out of the riad :-)

    - room little bit small
