Adil was extraordinarily helpful - genuine, courteous, and seeking to assist. The riad itself was beautiful and the views from the terrace were breathtaking. The breakfasts were delicious.
Adil was very helful always he pick-up us, show us the place to park, he recommended a guide from the tourist office that was very professional. Also came very early next day for the checkout as per our request.
We loved the amazing looking bedroom that looked very well decorated. The manager went out of his way to help us. We wish we had brought along a better map of Fez.
We needed help with getting our bus ticket to Chefchaouen and the host gladly helped us get them. Breakfast was amazing and the view from the rooftop terrace was great too. Place was really clean and WiFi was fast.
Adil was a very helpful host...the location is very close to main square...
The riad was a little hard to find but was ok after being lost for 1-2 times. The alleyways leading to the riad were quite intimidating at night for a lone traveller.
The staff, especially Adil, were extremely friendly and helpful. Was provided with a simplified map of the medina with major attractions highlighted. Adil also helped to arrange my stay at another town which was great! Wifi was strong.
The bathroom was quite small and there was no shampoo provided, but I'm still glad I stayed here.
A nice cozy riad in the heart of Fez's labyrinth of a medina. Best part of the stay was the warm and welcoming service of Adil, who was always there to make sure their guests have everything they need! Also, a great value for money, tasty and reasonably priced homemade food and WiFi worked well.
very friendly personal, they helped you as much as possible.Breakfast was really good and fresh. You can also eat a dinner, its cheaper than other restaurants and tastes better
The Family is super-friendly. They can help you with everything you'd like to know. One even got up at 7 in the morning to tell me goodbye.
The Dar El Ouedghiri is a good value for money. You can enjoy a fantastic view of the medina from the terrace (which is, I think, one of the best ones in Fes). But the best thing is the service and the treatment you receive from the staff. Absolutely perfect!
This riad has an amazing view of Fez and is really lovely. The staff is very helpful, f.e. they organised that we were accompanied to go to a restaurant and accompanied back to the riad. We were very grateful as we got lost earlier in the maze of Fez and had trouble to find our way back to the riad (the 2nd day this was less of a problem). We can also recommend to order food at the riad - it was delicious too.
weather in March:)
Very friendly and helpful staff! We got lots of tips for dining and sightseeing. Very well equipped kitchen. Definitely recommended!
hotel manager is very helpful giving us tips of where to travel, fair price to pay for the leather product
Location, too high or gar from main area.
It isn't a "5 star" hotel. So there is nothing to be criticized.
Staff. In particular, the professionalism of Adil, helpful and generous, always ready to meet the needs of all. but tuitto Riad is 10, from breakfast to the comfortable beds, to the familiar atmosphere relaxing. Congratulations!
Everything. Owner was very helpful, gave us tips where to shop and where not to, amazing breakfast in an amazing terrace. Would stay there again!
the bathroom was smelly
Good location if you want to stay in the old city, helpful staff, tasty breakfast at the beautiful terrace
The location is fine - in the medina - but it's a little bit away from the main areas. It means you'll have to walk back through some empty dark streets in the evening. (Fine for me as a young guy but maybe not for solo females?)
The owners and staff make a special effort to look after you during your stay. The old building is stunning and the terrace is lovely for breakfast.
Medina in Fes is a real nightmare, so you should ask for a guide for a walking tour. The location is not easy to find and the GPS is not working inside the medina. The manager offered us a guide, but unfortunately we did not take the offer. You definitely should!! Not only that you do not risk getting lost in the medina, but you can also avoid all the sellers coming at you and trying to convince you into buying smth. Fes is nice, but inside the medina is crazy! Also, please be aware that this accommodation place is not recommended for people with walking difficulties as there are many stairs to climb up to the rooms.
The place is nice and the owners are kind and helpful people. Breakfast was good.
I can't just because the staff and the terrace are nice so I neglect other things. I staied three places in morocco, others I gave 95%and100%. First of all I booked a single room and the staff is very nice to gave me a bigger bed one, but the room is odd, generally didn't feel good to sleep in. The Shower water flow is so slowly took me ages to wash so I got a cold and had to slept whole day the next day. Blood spot on the duvet. Tolite pump made creepy sounds in the early morning by itself. Don't really like the breakfast,Orange juice is not fresh one at other places I had egg tomato and ham for breakfast.no way to make tea by myself as I drink tea four times a day and had to cost me 20d for one mint tea.at other places I made tea as much as I want for free.
The Terrace is very nice. The staff always ready to help.
We liked everything about the riad, nothing to complain. We just hated the city of Fes. It will drive you crazy for sure.
staff was great. Very helpful, Adil was perfect. The place is luckily quite easy to find. perfect terrace, and nearby is a perfect restaurant the ruined garden.
They might consider starting their breakfast earlier than 9 am.
This is a traditional beautiful Moroccan house providing all facilities of a modern hotel at an affordable price. The view on the roof terrace is stunning, you can enjoy breakfast there while enjoying a panoramic view of old Fez. The rooms are cleaned everyday which is not quite usual in other places. There is only one member of staff, his name is Adil, he is helpful and friendly. He can give you some useful tips on your stay in Fez. The lady who owns the house is also always there. Last thing, they have a very good wifi connection.
Just amazing, we felt as if we were at our friend's house. Staff were so kind and helpfull at all times, always happy to help. I would definetely come back there once again in Fes. Beautiful breakfast in the roof terrace looking at the medina. 100% recommendable!
the owner was very helpful and nice, one of the only people in morocco that wont try and force you into buying or signing up to something.
