The place was not staffed at night. The room was very small and quite cramped. No intersting views form the wndow.
The riad was an old, very tall building, tastefully decorated and furnished, and spotlessly clean. We had a front door key, as well as one for our room, so we could come and go as we pleased. The terrace on the roof was a real suntrap. A perfect spot to relax and sunbath after a busy days shopping! The building is inside the medina walls, but close to one of the gates which opens on the main promenade down to the harbour and the beach. It was also a 10 minute walk from the Supratours bus station, which is the only way to get between Esaouira and Marrakech If you dont have a car. The owners were polite and helpful. There was a spa and hamman directly nextdoor, for massage etc.
