Great, friendly and helpful staff. They were very accommodating and helped to set up tours of the city. The room was very nice and comfortable for a group of four of us

The location of the hotel, while pretty central, sometimes felt a bit unsafe.

The riad is gorgeous and right across the street from the Medina, so it is accessible by car but allows you to fully enjoy the old city. Very well decorated with a nice breakfast. Ali is amazing and very hospitable - he even called the local bus station for us to help us figure out times.

Booked the Berber room but instead we got a free upgrade to a room with airco. Very nice. Didn't booked breakfast but got it also at no extra charge. Very kind and helpful staff. Would recommend.

The place is hard to find in the Medina (so is everything else). It's is situated in a dark alley so this could scare off other tourist. Don't let it fool you. Probably need a "guide" to find it.

    Very nice courtyard.

Room was dark and stuffy. Staff pushed for guided tours of Fez, which were more like tours of shops connected to the guide. Despite advertising that credit cards could be used to pay for the room, staff refused and demanded cash only.

Kindness of the host and personel.

Hard to find localization without any 'guide'.

There was a tour guide Adil who showed us around the city for free for about 2 hours and the kitchen girls were friendly and offered more help. It is a walking distance to all the sight seeing places

The location was accessible yet it could be dangerous to walk alone at night

The decor is beautiful in the lobby.

Where to begin: The hotel is in an incredibly dodgy area, down a twisty dark alley filled with scaffolding. The hotel is not signed at all and the address does not come up on google maps. Suspicion that the hotel owner works with the people in the main street to show you to the hotel in return for tips/commission. These people are not safe and one of them spat and swore at us when we told him we did not need his help finding the hotel. The manager also refused to let us share a maxi cab with other hotel guests and instead we had to pay 15 euro to get to the airport in our own cab. The facilities are also disappointing - the drainage system in the shower is horrendous and the bathroom was so badly flooded that only one of us was able to shower. Overall, would definitely NOT recommend. Do some research and find somewhere better!

The Riad was very nice. Very friendly people, location was excellent, very close to the pedestrian part only of the medina (excellent location, near the Rcif square, hence easy to find back, the square is waymarked in the medina), beautiful arranged, great rooftop, quiet inside, fast wifi in the atrium, good tea..etc etc. We enjoyed our stay in this riad VERY VERY much, highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. The location is perfect, easy to arrive from the Rcif plaza and just a few steps away from the Medina important landmarks. Ali solved all our problems and questions. The guide, Adil, was also amazing and the food of Fatima and the other lady (sorry, didn't get her name) was the best... and of course the mint teas. I also could spend hours at the terrace enjoying the views and sounds of Fez. It's been a while since the last time I saw such good attention and care.

Cash was the only option to pay and we expected to do it with our credit cards. Apparently something was wrong with the machine...

The hosts at the riad were extremely friendly and helpful for our needs. The meals were excellent, we even ate in for dinner and it was the best meal we had on the trip.

Friendly staff! You have the option to get dinner at the riad for 100 DH per person, we decided otherwise but got a complementary dish of couscous brought to our room anyways, which was the best we ate so far in marocco and a very nice gesture. The breakfast was very good too. (only thing, don't expect too much of the coffee, but that seems to be common here) The location is good and once you have been there it's easy to find, but if it's your first time in Fes make use of the offer to get picked up at least at Place Rcif

No Windows in the room No WLAN in the room

Breakfast was fresh. The accomodations were complete with soap, shampoo, towels. This may sound standard but that hasn't been the case with our experience with other riads.

Our room had a broken door knob, broken towel holder, and a lot of extra furniture piled inside the room. The cost was very high for the quality of facilities. The manager while nice, loudly conducted his phone business in the atrium which made it very difficult to enjoy a peaceful breakfast.
