Set in the heart of the medina (historic quarter), this typical Moroccan-style Riad is decorated with mosaics and wooden furniture.

Located in the medina of Fès, Riad Fes Aicha offers guest rooms with a modern, Moroccan décor and is a 2-minute walk from the central market.
Score from 125 reviews Excellent
The riad is very well located right in the centre of the Fes Medina. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have been extremely looked after by Mohammed and Ibrahim. There were always there to help us ( even when we panicked when our flight was cancelled!). Very nice typical maroccan breakfast. I definitely reccommend it.
beautiful palace in the old medina, great hospitality, breakfast and amazing terrace
They won't facilitate maps of the city, and will try to sell you a guide. Don't ask for recommendations since they work with commissions. They were not kind
The Wifi works only around the main area
The rooms are very nice and comfortable
Not pinpointed on the booking.com map properly.
Lovely room, very clean. Nice staff.
The location was rather hard to find, WiFi didn't reach our room, and the shower was a bit awkward - but nothing we couldn't get over.
The interior was gorgeous but the staff was really the best part of our stay. They really went above and beyond to help make us comfortable in the crazy city of Fes, from meeting us at Bab Boujloud and leading us in, to making us endless cups of tea, to buying train tickets for us to save on time, and to waking up at the crack of dawn to lead us out. Mohammed in particular was amazing; it really seemed like he didn't sleep!
It was a very homely environment, very accommodating staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, our 2 year old son was v happy.
not the easiest place to find because it is located in a small alley ... but Fes is like this.
typical moroccan riad ... it is likely to be in "One Thousand and One Nights" great breakfast super-super-super clean ... it smells like a pharmacy or a operating room! nice people, nice owner and great coworkers
Smell in the bathroom :( The bed was a bit too hard.
Great location, good breakfast, room was quite large.
The manager has been the most helpful. A very calm man, and a very smart one. All his tips have been a hit, and his help very discreet and effective at all times. Bravo!
Personal service. Ebraham was very kind and friendly. His employee: Mohammod was sensational. He always went out of his way to help us.
Mohammed the manager was really helpful. Riad in a very dark street . Fez was great. I would recommend this riad. Watch out for dodgy guides!!
Poor really poor wifi signal in the upper floors In February was cold no heater available
Very warm blankets Nice decoration Smell wel nice staf
The rooms were musty from the cold. They don't heat the rooms when not in use. It didn't take long to heat them up once we got there. The beds and pillows were hard. We found that in other riads as well.
The staff met us at the Blue gate and showed us how to get to the riad. After that we could always find it (from the Blue gate) Mohammed was great. He recommended and took us to a great family restaurant for dinner that was the best meal we had in Morocco! The riad was very pretty and had an assortment of rooms and a nice roof terrace
The rooms aren't serviced, which is just worth keeping in mind.
Mohammed was an amazing host, always willing to help, show us places or offer advice. Our shower head malfunctioned on a Sunday morning and by the evening it was fully fixed.
Hotel staff was very nice, especially Mohammed who was very helpful and gave us lots of advice. Breakfast is excellent.
Beautiful budget riad. Well worth the money. Your room is big and warm (if in winter) and the whole riad is decorated vey tastefully. Breakfast is above average but i'd buy some cheap fruit when walking around. An orange or banana makes it so much better. That can we said about most places in morocco... great breakfasts usually but a piece of fruit would go a long way. The caretaker Mohammed is very nice and his English is great.
Good location at the heart of the Medina; very pretty Moroccan old house; very friendly and accommodating staffs - Mohammed picked me up at the blue gate when my attempt to find the place failed (:-D). Breakfast is fine and the place is really quiet.
the location and the atmosphere
The mattress was a little bit hard.
Well restored Riad with very nice decoration. Perfect location and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great!
bad bed bad scary location
really nice place
The bed-it was like sleeping on a tiled floor. Very, very difficult to find in the dark. Telephone beforehand and you will be met and guided. A very small room , no chair , no wardrobe, no wifi in bedroom and only that damned bed to sleep on.
The staff and once I finally found it the central location. The breakfast was superb
They had given my room away when I got there and I didn't have a lock on the inside of the room they ended up giving me. Plus, the owner used a ridiculous exchange rate to calculate how much I owed him in MAD.
The main room and terrace are beautiful.
Our room hasn't a window and smelled humidity. It can be difficult to find without help.
Beautiful house, nice staff, good breakfast.
