Good location and price. Pretty riad.

Same whiny music playing ALL the time repetitively. Charged 10 dirham after being kindly offered to have 2 boarding passes printed...not very honest.

Breakfast was nice. The guy working there was friendly and tried to help in what he could.

Really hard to find this place (medina tiny street), no one seems to know it. Even Police! Horrible smell in our room. Only managed to sleep because I was really tired!

This was the best place we stayed in our whole trip to Morocco. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and you can have it on their lovely roof terrace. The riad is really beautiful and the location is excellent and great value for money. It is just off the main square in an interesting street. The riad is very peaceful and a lovely place to relax with friendly and welcoming staff.

Me and my wife spent 4 nights in this beautiful place. The owner, Ben was great, he was very kind and helpful, he speak in english and he also has a lot of tourist information. The breakfast was great and also you can take it in the terrace with the best view of the Medina. The location is good, near the Rcif square (bus and taxi stop), close to the important things to see. I recomend this place to all of the people, after a long day of walking, there is nothing better than being there with a mint tea (local whisky as they say jaja), wifi and the best music (in english) provided by Ben!! Good trip!

No hand towel, soap or shampoo.

Dar Lalla Kenza was beautiful inside. Ben and his sister were very obliging. The room was not the one we had booked online but nevertheless was nice and spacious although did not have the toiletries, coffee maker, etc as advertised or the view of the terrace.

Location not so great. Felt slightly shafted with the "guide" who made it seem hard to navigate the medina on our own therefore we felt slightly uncomfortable and left a day early which we were happy to forfeit a nights accommodation although felt Ben could have waived this as he would have had no trouble renting the rooom as we woke up to find "guests" sleeping in the lounge area. Ben the entrepenuer - rack and stack them - this boy will go far! This Dar seems to be run like a hostal and should be advertised as such as we wouldnt have booked to stay if we had've known this.

The hotel has a beautiful interior, and is nicely decorated with all things moroccan. They email you directions on how to get to the hotel when you arrive at R'cif Square which were perfect, and made it much easier to find. I arrived in Fez at night, and I was harassed on the street by a guy who followed me the whole way and kept calling me names and told me I was going the wrong way even though he didn't know where I was going. Thanks to the directions given by the hotel, I didn't have to pay anyone to show me where the hotel was located. The hotel owner is really friendly, and gets to know each guest and is helpful. The location is great because you can walk to the medina and it's location in a hidden corner means you can escape the noise of the town.

It's a bit dim in the room, making it difficult to see where things are, especially when you're packing.

The rooms were very nicely decorated. The common area was a great place to hang out and meet people. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ben helped us sort out bus tickets, a taxi to the dessert and a dessert trip. I enjoyed the hostel so much I came back for another night. Ben let us store our backpacks at the hotel for a few days so we could travel light.

That we had to leave. ; ).
