Excellent location, a calm oasis to return to after the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Fantastic breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh coffee, pain au chocolat, pancakes, omelettes, fresh bread and jams. We were picked up at the airport and were given a lovely evening meal on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, all of whom were really polite and helpful. Amin in particular looked after us very well, escorting us to places if he thought we might get lost!

Informal but attentive service from staff. We were given a mobile phone to phone the Riad if we were lost or in trouble which we thought was an excellent idea. Nothing

Amin went out of his way to accomodate us. After our 10 hour drive from the desert, he met us in the teeming rain to walk (run) us to the riad- luggage in tow. After my pleading inquiry re: a pizza after a week of tagine & couscous, he generously offered to pick one up & deliver it to our room at no charge. Who does that?!

The location is excellent - easy to find once you have been there once. Staff very helpful - you are given a mobile phone to ring for help if you get lost!. The staff are really friendly and give you a good welcome and lots of advice. Lovely riad - excellent terrace in the sun. Breakfasts very good and served at your table - no big buffets!! Rooms are very tastefully furnished and comfortable. The courtyard is lovely to sit and relax in after a day in the medina. We had a meal one evening and that was excellent quality. The airport transfer is a good idea and worked well. All in all, a great place to stay in the medina, close to the big square and near to lots of the main attractions. We had no problems with this hotel. The only irritant was that some guests arrived late one evening and sat chatting outside our room until after midnight but they did go to their room when we asked them. The trip to the mountains was a good day out - 120 euros- which we enjoyed but realised later was quite expensive and was offered at another riad for 90 euros. Probably better to get a petit taxi to the waterfalls and then you avoid being taken to carpet cooperatives where it is hard to say no! The hotel staff really are excellent.Nothing was too much trouble.

The owners of Dar Najat and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel like we were at home and not just staying at a hotel. Breakfast and tea in the afternoon were wonderful. I would highly suggest Dar Najat to anyone going to Marrakech.

The staff were absolutely wonderful - nothing was too much bother for them. Marrakesh is a noisy frenetic city and the Riad was an oasis of calm for a mint tea or an excellent dinner. Impressively we were given a mobile phone in case we got lost or needed advice! No complaints at all!

Dar Najat is a beautiful riad, perfectly located to enable you to explore all that Marrakech has to offer. The en-suite rooms are tastefully decorated and a little eccentric. There is constant hot water and additional bedding is made available. The hotel is very clean, the staff a delight. They are welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile for their guests. Breakfasts are great, served on a lovely terrace providing shade as needed. On our arrival we had organised to eat at the riad - this was one of (if not the) best meal we had in Marrakech. The two resident tortoises are great company! I have no hesitation in recommending Dar Najat - I will definitely be returning!

What a fab place. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond our expectations, they were extremely helpful and curteous, accompanying us into town so we didn't get lost on our first day, recommending restaurants and finding us English books when we finished ours. The Dar Najat was a beautiful, peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Matrakech and the location was excellent

The staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They gave us good advice for the city for our stay, and we left feeling more like friends. The food was excellent too - in particular the best lunch we had during our whole trip! Nothing - it was lovely.

God mat!
