Access to the terrasse was possible only the first day... Reception and support for informations were poor
We loved Marrakech and we will be certainly back but not to Daralnajis.....
A very unwelcoming atmosphere, as we weren't suppose to be there. Really weird for what ever reason Mustafa didn't like to have us there. He literally told us NOT to ask him anything and to back off. We had to be in before 12pm.... Coucroaches everywhere in our room and no privacy at all unless you close windows & door.
The location, the terrace and breakfast time!
The fact that the owner seemed extremely friendly but missed to tell us important information (visits, food, tours, ...) about the trip we booked with him... the result: in for a trip to the desert with no money for two days! naughty... apart from that, all OK.
The room was comfortable and clean, maybe a bit dusty, but overall good. We arrived around 11pm, and they were super friendly accomodating us that late at night.
It isn't super close to the djama fnaa, but if you want to explore the medina, you can start here and head south in the medina.
Traditional riad setting. Walking distance from main square and souks. Airport pickup. Arranged very good Sahara trip for us.
We were charged for breakfast when it had said it was included. We were also given tea which we didn't ask for and were charged subsequently. The riad is hard to find and there is no sign for it. When we stopped having breakfast or eating at the riad the staff became markedly less friendly.
Tasty breakfast, roof terrace great and beautiful authentic riad.
We spent three pleasant days in this nice and typically furnished hotel, it's about 15-20 minutes walking from the Jemaa El Fna Place and the main attractions of Marrakech. The room were clean and the breakfast was excellent. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative remark is that it's a bit hard to find the first time if you go by yourself, it has not the signboard at the main door, we suggest to call the hotel and they will help you.
The staff, and especially "little" Mustafa, were great. They tended to all our needs. Breakfast was great and dinner even better. A real 1001 night fairytail hotel.
Avoid at all costs. The room was shabby, with torn furniture, worn out bedspread, dirty rug and dusty furniture. To top it off, the host was unwelcoming and barely spoke to us more than to remind us we had to checkout. Thankfully we stayed at another place the next night, Dar Nouba, wonderful!!!
This riad is within walking distance of the main square (Jemaa el-Fnaa). The staff is very service-oriented - the two Mustaphas and the housekeeper Samira took care of us very well. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay, appreciated the hospitality and highly recommend Riad Dar Narjis.
Not having your own key does make you feel a little guilty for staying out late.
Great location not far from downtown and easy to find once you have been there once. Great breakfast and nice room, bathroom and terrace. Great value for the money with the special discount.
Cleanliness could have been better (stained bed cover and rotten banana in the fridge), we also asked for early breakfast at 8 the last day and had to wait until 9
Excellent value for money with a very friendly host Mustafa makes this place a great option for a stay in marrakech. The breakfast is great and plentiful. Location although a bit of a walk from the main square is safe. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we return.

The rooms were spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful, kind and genial, and made us feel right at home. Nothing we requested or asked posed a problem to them even when we kept changing our plans. The food was excellent, if a little pricey but value for money overall can not be faulted. The place is well-located, only a 15min walk to Jeema el-Fna and a great base to explore from. We loved our stay here.
