Delicious food for dinner made by family providing hotel. Good prices for accommodation and meals. Friendly staff, very helpfull ! Perfectly located in the heart of Medina, good for shopping and visiting Fes. Proffesional and helpfull guide organized by hotel. I would reccommend this Riad ! There is no possible to fing hotel alone. You need to arrange transfers from airport organized by hotel or just ask them for guide or help to find hotel in Medina. Parking for about 30 dirhams but 300m from hotel outside of medina walls.Another problem is smell in toilets but we cannot expect nothing better when living in 600 years old building.

Good location inside the medina - it may seem a bit dauthing at first to navigate the medina and find the place but once you get your bearings about its not that hard to find the Riad coming from the R´Cif Place. The riad and rooms are very tastefuly decorated and the owner is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. The rooms look into an interior patio where breakfast is served so you might be woken up by the noise if you want to sleep in, specially if you are on the ground floor. Since I usually like an early start to my day that wasn´t a problem at all so I can only say good things about my stay!

Nice courtyard, free use of computer with internet, dinner available. A good place to stay if one likes to be treated as a house guest rather than a hotel guest Staff (or maybe friends of staff) said I could not go into the medina alone because it was too dangerous and were very insistent about that (I went out the next afternoon with no prrblem), so I felt rather like a prisoner. They insisted that the next morning we absolutely had to have a guide, but they would not give a price. We wanted to go out only for about 2 hours because my companion has trouble walling, but the guide led us around for 3 1/2 hours, taking us into several shops where we really didn't want to go. Then he charged 500 dirhans, which seemed quite excessive. I am sure the staff meant to be helpful, but it was really very annoying.

We liked the Riad really a lot. Its location in the heart of the medina, the home cuisine, staff friendliness and help. The room (patio) was clean and comfy, though a bit smelly from the bathroom.

The hotel is in a nice location inside the medina. For the first time it would be difficult to find, but we called to the reception and the receptionist came and guided us through the small streets of medina. The hotel is magical and romanitc - you really imagine a hotel in Morocco like this. Colorfull walls, quite and calm reception with maps and tourist guides, wonderful view from the roof terrace where you also eat dinner and breakfest. The hotel staff with its french owner are very pleasant. We spoke with them and they gave us very good advices concerning our stay in morocco. They also booked us a city guide. If we return to Fez, it would be certainly to this hotel. Maybe the price is a bit higher than in other similar hotels in Fez, but you are really in the center of the city and the atmopshere is really worth it.

The staff was great and even if we had few hours to stay in Fes Abderrahim has done his best in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was well organized and it's not the hotel's fault, but the touristic guide for the Medina could be better.

Nice location in the middle of the medina. Breakfast at the rooftop-terras in the sun, excellent. Very nice personnel, excellent food and nice Moroccan wine (especially the rosé, but ask if it's cold).

Very friendly owners and staff. Tours to Meknes, Volubilis, Ifrane and Fez medina can be arranged by owners. Excellent breakfast and dinner (starter, main, dessert and tea for just 12 EUR). Roof terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. Staff can take you to local hammam. Family atmosphere, cosy and realx atmospere. Very central location in old medina. Beautiful building, nice room. We stayed in the terrace room with view on the terrace and breathtaking view on the old city of Fez. If you are looking for a stay in friendly, warm and cosy place in family atmospere, this is the place to be!

Bellissimo riad situato all'interno della medina. Personale disponibile.

A recommander absolument !

“Lovely Riad, convienent for access to the medina. Very quiet and beautifuly apointed. Staff can arrange transfers and guides, as well as evening meals. But best to go into medina and try some of the local eateries. Rooms are lovely and cool, beds are very comfortable. Great having a pool to cool off in in the summer months and the view from the roof top is amazing. Would use this riad again.” Ellaine, Dunfermline |
