The large bed, which was very comfy. The shower which was very enjoyable. The air conditioning which worked brilliantly. Very local to the Medina only 5 mins walk at most.

The lack of English spoken by the staff. The breakfast choice was poor we were presented with very much the same every morning. Maybe some fresh fruit. Water and decent butter.

Everything really in that its location is within 5 minutes of the very centre of Marrakech, the Souk and markets. BUT it is also an amazing oasis of calm and tranquility, where we were left in peace but looked after exceptionally well by Airianne and her incredible team. The roof space can get hot (37 degrees when we were there) but we were not there much as too much to do

Nothing really - but would advise that if you are staying in Marrakech for more than a long weekend think about a dual location break. Marrakech is not big so you can "do it" in a couple of days. We hit the coast for a day and would have liked to have stayed longer.

Location, quality of the accommodation . Extra little touches eg melon in the fridge when you get back in the afternoon . How well the transfers from the airport and a day trip was sorted at a very reasonable cost. Many thanks to Marian. Boucherer, khalid for making us so welcome, nothing to much trouble.

The staff are great, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend one of your party has at least a grasp of French is required as English is not even a second language for most of the staff and only really the owner Arianna speaks it to any level. Recommend the cooking class with Boushra though again she speaks no English so going to the market would be difficult if you don't speak French! Great location as we'll, do not be out off when you walk down to the Riad, it is great when you get there!

Excellent location and interiors. Staff very very helpful and friendly. Received a lot of help with preparing and packing food for my daughter. The Riad also booked tours for local and nearby sightseeing through Mr.Adil who was very helpful. A special thanks to Bushra and Khalid for their excellent hospitality.

Riad D'Ari is superbly decorated and operated by Valeria and Arianna. The staff, including Khalid and Bushra, were superb and looked after us as if we were family members. I was travelling with my Aunt who has a painful knee and Khalid escorted us to a nearby restaurant through pouring rain and providing raincoats and umbrellas so that we could get a meal nearby. Rooms are large and beautifully furnished with modern, efficient bathrooms (excellent showers with no shortage of hot water). The Riad is spotlessly clean and with a delightful roof terrace upon which delicious breakfasts of Moroccan breads eggs, orange juice and continental style french baguette with butter and jam were served. Coffee and mint tea were delicious (you may wish to request the orange juice and mint tea 'sans sucre' as we did).

Excellent, helpful and friendly service, nothing was too much trouble. Great room, rose petals scattered in bathroom, comfy bed. Wonderful breakfast and an excellent dinner one evening which was best meal we had in Marrakesh. 10 min walk from main square and souks, ATM near Riad, but quiet location.

A beautiful new riad in a great location with stunning design and exquisite details. Arianna Miceli, the owner, was very warm and welcoming; she offered us an early check-in and arranged a visit to a fantastic private hamam. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was excellent.

Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff.

We had heard all the recommendations to experience staying in a riad. In all honesty we would had preferred a hotel to a riad. We found the experience quite claustrophobic & little chance for genuine privacy. This is not a comment on quality of Riad Dari - it was our personal view.

Everything. The Riad was stunning and in a lovely friendly area. The room was spacious and beautifully lit. It was equipped exceptionally well. For us though it is the people that made this stay so unforgettable. Arianna, Bushra, and Khalid were like friends when we met them but by the end we felt like we were leaving family. We were so well looked after. Arianna made sure we were in want for nothing as did Khalid and Bushra. I was in need of a plug adapter and Arianna insisted that Khalid take me to find one - which he did and made sure I paid the right price! Nothing felt like an imposition. Having stayed in Marrakech twice before I can guarantee I will never stay anywhere else again. I am due to visit later this year and hope to be staying here. Thank you to them all for such an unforgettable stay! Love from London!!

Clean hotel in the centre of Medina. Not far from main points of interest. Very friendly English-speaking hostess (She is Italian). Helpful staff.

Rather expensive. We had some problem with hot water in bathroom by that reason we was obligated to change the room (it was great they have another empty room).

Beautifully modern designed riad where you instantly feel at home thanks to the warm welcoming staff and owner. An oasis of calm ideal to relax after your shopping in the busy medina. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed in the red suite and really loved our stay in Marrakech. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the room was very clean, cosy and pleasant to stay. The riad was very well located near the centre in a quiet place. I would highly recommend this riad for a citytrip to Marrakech !

This was our first time in Marrakech. Arianna, was exceptionally warm and welcoming. I was worried when we started walking down the street, but was pleased as soon as we entered. A complete transformation to what was outside. We have only ever stayed at very good quality hotels but I am really glad that we stayed at this Riad, otherwise we would not have experienced a beautiful home in Marrakech. We came for 3 nights and wanted to be near the main square and experience the hustle and bustle. Hotel facilities are plentiful and different, but we experienced warmth, peace and tranquillity. Absolutely right for what we were looking for. We wanted to spend time together - but be amongst nice people. Our suite was beautiful and the epitome of peace. Valerie was lovely and happily answered all the questions that we had. I had booked the trip for my husband's birthday. They arranged the transfers from the airport and we had a smooth ride in. Our room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well. There was candles and rose petals everywhere, a lovely bottle of Martini waiting for us. Initially when I asked about a birthday meal, Arianna said that they would make this for us. However we then decided to eat out and we were booked into a wonderful restaurant and were grateful to be taken care of so well. When we came home, Khalid bought up a delicious cake, so very thoughtful, thank you Arianna for organising. It was a very kind gesture and much appreciated. Khalid is a lovely man with a warm personality who aims to please. The Riad was spotless and everything looked like it had been lovingly set. We had a lovely time, thank you for letting us stay and making us feel so relaxed.

The only thing I would have liked was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. They are not essential to life, but to lifestyle.

We stayed for 5 nights at this beautifully decorated riad just a short walk from Jemaa al Fna, but away from the noise and bustle of the centre. We were treated like royalty by Arianna and the lovely Khalid,\who did everything possible to make our stay extra comfortable. The riad was spotlessly clean and our room was large with a comfortable bed. We ate a Moroccan breakfast on the rooftop terrace, and could relax there in the afternoons on the comfortable loungers. A perfect choice for our stay in wonderful Marrakech.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room and Riad were perfect especially for the price we paid. The room had everything you needed and was better equipped than some 5 Star hotels I've stayed in.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay and experience Marrakesh. Everything was perfect. We felt like we were staying with family and were very well cared for. Our little 2 year old daughter was doted on by all the staff and she loved the experience there. In fact, when we left, she asked to go back to our Morocco home! She especially loved the little turtle friend on the rooftop. All the recommendations were superb and we really enjoyed all the restaurants and sights that were recommended to us. Because there are only 4 rooms in this Riad, you feel like you are really cared for. Everything was booked for us. We were able to go on a camel ride, a guided tour of the Medina, and they even provided a cooking class that I wanted to take with a trip to the markets to buy the ingredients. That was such a great experience to see how the locals buy their groceries and how fresh the chicken is! The chicken was alive at the shop! We had such a wonderful trip and would highly recommend Riad D'ari for anyone who wants to visit Marrakesh. It was a close walk to Djemma del Fna and was exactly what we had hoped for.

From the first moment you step in Riad Dari you feel part of family, a Sicilian-Moroccan family in a superb house..so could you imagine how I was treated? Like a queen! Gorgeous suite with walk-in rain-shower, delicious homemade breakfast with wide choice, internet wi-fi in the whole riad and..the cherry on the top: an unforgettable massage on the roof-terrace at the sunset!!! Thanks Arianna for making my last night in Marrakech so special!
