wir haben bei der ankunft um ein zimmer in den oberen stock- werken gebeten, dennoch wurde uns ein zimmer in der unter- sten etage gegeben, auf reklama tion hin, hiess es, sie haben eine suite (dennoch wenig tages licht. Für mich als ehem. Airl. Mgr (viel und weit gereist) kein 4 sterne-status.wir haben uns andere 4 sterne häuser dort angeschaut, besser u. preiswerter ! für uns dieses hotel nicht mehr.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt und der tägliche Service hat auch gestimmt. Die Lage erfordert keine Einschaltung der Klimaanlage. Safe und tv funktionstüchtig und O.K. Schränke sauber und gepflegt. Küchenzeile hatte leider keine Tassen oder Gläser bereit- Alles leer. Warum war der Kühlschrank abgeschlossen??

Das Frühstück ist doch gelinde gesagt sehr bescheiden und sehr Süss- lastig. Kuchen etc. Es gab wenn überhaupt nur 1 Sorte Käse und einen jeden Tag servierten Hüttenkäse, der täglich an Reife zunahm. Die warmen Rechauds waren mit einem etwas fragwürdigen Rührei bestückt. ( Ich nehme an Eipulver wurde verwendet.) Etwas frisches Obst wäre auch schön gewesen.

Spa facilities were nice. The decor was nice. Clean. Close to the air port.

Coffee maker in rooms but you had to buy the capsules for $2.50, and milk was also an additional cost. The sugar was free. Food was below average. The kitchen had no supplies, not even a spoon to stir my $2.50 cup of coffee and my $3.00 glass of milk to add to my coffee. Plus, I had to ask for a cup....to make the $2.50 cup of coffee in!!! The maid only brought the linens up, we had to make up our own beds for our children.

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

The hotel is shabby and needs maintenance. The bath is difficult to get into as the shower screen is fixed to the wall along the side of the bath and cannot be moved. The food is mediocre. The main square is at least 25 minutes walk from the hotel, not 10 minutes.

Staff was very helpful, location was excellent. Neat and clean. During the evenings there is this amazing live singer at the bar!

Majority of breakfast was terrible Location of swimming pool is not ideal as only couple hours a day some sun shines there.

The location.

The facilities were considerably less than I would have expected from a 4* hotel. In particular, the breakfast was basic, the coffee was disgusting, the corridors gloomy, bits of the bathroom were falling off, and overall it felt more like a back-packers' hostel than a hotel. Not impressed.

I liked my room and particularly the balcony. I liked the general feel of the hotel.

I did not like the tiny towels (when I managed to get one). I did not like the food. I did not like the location.

This is the first hotel in Morocco where internet in the room was reliable! Bravo. Our room was huge and also had a livingroom attached to it, which was a pleasant surprise. The place was nicely decorated and the hotel is perfectly situated, 15 minute walk to the square and the medina and restaurants were abound and near the hotel.

Terrible breakfast

My first impression was a good surprise.I saw the photos on internet and I really appreciated this mix of modern and traditional decoration. Rooms are nice and as a coffee drinker , I appreciated the individual expresso machine.beds are confortable and most important of all ,it is clean. location was the best of all , we have been walking during all our stay,didn't catch any transportation except to come and go to the airport. I recommend this hotel for city trip.

I have been very amazed by the decoration of the hotel.I have really appreciated the location as I love walking and directions from hotel to tis very he souks or the city shopping center are very easy. The staff is helpfull and if you ask them for restaurants or other points of interest,they will do their best to help you. A grand merci to Brahim at the reception for his support.

The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful in any regards. It feels like staying with family and friends, all employees in the Hotel are very nice. The design, layout and amenities of public and guests rooms are great with an upscale local taste. Great choice and we can only highly recommend Dellarosa Hotel Suites & Spa.

we liked everything !!!

I liked this hotel as at my arrival,the building of the hotel was not giving the real image of the hotel. When I walked through ,I have been surprised by the modern decoration and its spots of oriental culture.The staff is really nice and helpfull. The location is great , very easy directions to the main square. Restaurant is ok but all around you have many restaurant : Pizza Hut or kfc are few steps around and other more culinary like le comptoir ,or Lotus or Table du Marché. Don't miss the view from the solarium , it is nice and the two building church and mosque one in fornt of the other is unique.I Would like to thank the coach in the spa (free coach) , I really appreciated my gym.

It is the first time for me travelling in Rmadan in a muslim country. I was a little bit affraid but upon my arrival at the hotel ,the warm welcome with tea and pastry, I felt within the hotel no difference with a normal period. I enjoyed the spa discovering the moroccan Hamam which is a "turkish bath version" .I recommend a "huile d'argan" treatment. I also enjoyed the swimming pool with the heat, although it is not a big one but the central location covers it. The food is ok for a 4 star hotel but not gastronomic. It was nice to have a snack in the swimming pool border.Overall I had a good stay and enjoyed that I almost didn't us a taxi if not for the airport. The staff is really kind and helpfull

Timing for breakfast ,it says 6:00 am ,was ready at 6:45 am

On arrival the staff where very welcoming and the room was nice but a little worn around the edges. My girlfriend and I only stayed one night as we where heading home and enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately on the only night we stayed the food in the resturant was terrible although the service was good.

I have choosed this hotel based on its location and its style. I have been surprised regarding the price of all the equipment of the hotel<;<<<when you arrive to the hotel it seems that it is a small hotel but when you get in , the space is very well used. The one thing that I preferred above all is the gentleness of the staff,always ready to help. The wifi in the room was really helpfull and I discovered the moroccan hamam with a friend of mine.It was my first time and it is a great experience.I Recomend this hotel if you want to viit the city (directions are very easy and the location is central) or for business as the free wifi helped me be connected.

I will recommend to serve a natural orange juice.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix,suites spacieuses et confortables, personnel agréable, emplacement idéal à 5 minutes de la place Jamaa Lfna ce qui permet de se promener un peu partout et ne pas être que dans le centre. Je suis un client habituel de cet établissement où je me séjourne régulièrement depuis son ouverture. Je connais pas bien l'hotellerie à Marrakech et le dellarosa comme je l'ai dit précedemment représente l'un des meilleur rapport qualité/prix. Bon séjour à tous.

L accueil Est très sympa, l'hôtel est propre et bien situé avec un cadre design avec des notes marocaines et un Spa qui ne faut pas raté.

L emplacement et le personnel et l encadrement

Le Spa non professionnel et sans aucune ambiance. Manque de couleur locale de l hotel plutôt hotel affaire Piscine pour le décor uniquement

Rum utan ballkong. Swimmingspool har bara ca 1 timme sol per dag, instängt.

La situation

La propreté, trop de poussière au sol, draps tachetés,peinture dans la chambre laisse à désirer. Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel.
