The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The massage which we had at the spa was very relaxing and they used argan oil which was very nice.

The plates and cutlery were always dirty at breakfast time. The breakfast menu does not change so if you do not enjoy scrambled eggs then you will not eat. When we were there, they said they were in the process of changing their menu so many food items were not available on the menu - which is very limited to begin with. This place is not for food lovers.

    Big spacious rooms. Quiet.

They first gave us a room that was not cleaned from the prior guests that was a smoking room. They changed it immediately but it was upsetting and another trip to the front desk. The internet was very slow and kept dropping. Breakfast was plentiful but no fresh fruit.

    Friendly staff.

You are not allowed to take any food or drink bought from outside the hotel in your room. (Why is there a kitchen in the junior suite then?) Poor Wi-Fi on the 5th floor (drops out every few minutes).

Location is not far from centre of city and Medina.

Not really a 4 star hotel! Old building, old furnitures and sanitary units needing refurbishment.

Location great and breakfast was good value. Didn't have time to use the spa facilities and gym but looked OK

We were in a room above the pool table and by the cleaners cupboards so a lot of noise, but as we were only there 3 days and out early we did not bother to ask to be moved.

Was nice clean hotel, big room and great location, dinner was okay and fairly priced

We paid for a suite and where given a double room, which means We overpaid a lot for something I didn't get.

Had a great time at the Dellarosa. The location is great to get to Marrakech plaza, Gueliz or the medina. Just wished we made better use of the facilities in the hotel. Was really grateful to be upgraded to a suite which was really spacious.

The hotel food wasn't great but it was reasonably priced.

The location of the Dellarosa was ideal, within walking distance of the Medina and Geuliz, but in a quiet area of Hivernage. We found a super place for drinks/dinner just round the corner . . The d'Jellabar, with superb Moroccain decor and ambiance, good food and trendy. Not cheap, but worth it!

The bedroom air conditioning unit worked too well, it nearly blew us out of bed. I think the directional control was not funtioning properly. The room was well presented and clean, but was rather small. The facilities of the hotel were rather limited. We were tempted to use the pool, but it was indoors and open view, and did not have any changing facilities. It seems that part of the complex is for sale, which may explain why some of the advertised facilities could not be found. Breakfast bufffet was generally not to our taste, and the coffee was awful.

The sweet size was good. Staff are good. Bed is comfortable

I have taken sweet and the furniture is old. Food was very bad. Internet signal in the room was bad. You need to go to Lobby for good internet signal

free Wi-Fi in the room near the railway station and not far from the city center (Medina) modern lift cafe on the roof (6th floor) with good view good and helpful personnel

poor breakfast controversial interior decoration of the room safe in the room is free for use but according to the hotel's policy the hotel is not responsible for your valuables stored in the safe

Personel was helpful. Good service in general (when explicitly asking things)

Toilet sometimes did not flush. Lots of noise from outside and inside. Coffee often only semi-hot in breakfast. Wifi sometimes very slow.

The hotel location was greatbfor site seeing in marrakech.

Thebstaff were terrible.they were rude unhelpful and very unfriendly. The room itself was a double room yet had two single beds pushed together. I would not recommend thia hotel due to the quality of the staff.

We got upgraded to a suite hurrah after booking through The room was very comfortable, modern decor, satellite tv, air con. The hotel has a nice pool. A good choice if you want a break from the craziness of Marrakech. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of choice at breakfast but riad breakfasts we tried were better (freshly squeezed orange juice rather than processed; home made cake; better quality coffee etc.) but this is a minor thing.
