Very good place especially for families. Quietly, green, clearly and nice staff. We liked aquapark with several great slides. That all in good price.

The room was a great size with a fully equipped kitchen

The hotel is not near the airport as advertised and the bungalow was dirty and infested with small flying bugs

comfort, etc. Great restaurant, responsive and flexible staff.

location was great for us with our group and two minivans, but it would be impossible if you do not have a car. And they must get better wifi which only worked in one of the units.

This is a large motel, offering different type of bungalows as well, located in the outskirts of Fes. We appreciated the large appartment we had and its terrace. Fully functional kitchen and a private parking place add to the overall positive impression.

The place seems a bit worn out and in need of attention. There are minor details which drag down an overall great place. If you think at it as a camping, it is great, if you see a hotel, than it needs to tune up a bit!

The proximity of the aquapark.. very nice for the children ... Very quiet area and outside of the city .. not possible without car ...Personnel OK. Cleaning done very day.

Difficult to find when you are arriving in the darkness and the explanations on the web-site are very short and not really relevant ! Appartement not really ready when we arrived : air-conditionning not functionning and trouble with the system, not hot water available because the boiler was not connected,.. No wi-fi available (if you are far away from the emettor, it doesn' work!). No supermarket in the area, no distributor available (so think to buy eat and drinck before arriving...)

    The bungalow was ok

The Aquapark was not clean at all and too many people. Will need an extra swiming pool for the people that stay in the facility.

:Private cottage on outskirts of fes. Waterpark with fun slides. A good hotel if you are driving. Can stay here. Most tour companies will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel so you do not have to drive into Fes. Groery streo about 1 mile away ( too far to walk to). A late checkout was possible to 1 pm and appreciated. Fes is a great city ot visit . I wish that we had allocated more than our 2 days in Morocco. The medina is fun and intriguing but is immense in size. We did not try the restaurant as it was dow the hill by the pool. Price s seemed reasonable but who knows on the food !

Weird hours for the waterpark slides ( not open all the time... Closed for lunch ?? how weird Is that ). Interestingly, if you are a female , they let you cut to the from of the waterslide lines, always ... Do noyt take a lounger in the waterpark or they will try to charge you a crazy amount , even for small use time. They offered us these chairs and told us that we did not have to pay. When we left , they virtually followed us to our room demanding money for the chairs use (approx. $40 usd for 2 hrs use ! ) We refused to pay and essentially told them, to take a hike ! The drive to the m,edina is not 5 minutes. It is more like 20-30 minutes with a n experienced driver who knows the city. The internet did not function int he rooms, only by the wireless access point by one of the cottages. It was also quite slow for just basic email.
