It's the perfect escape from the city in a perfect location, well decorated charming building, great staff, great roof top terrace (and swimming pool). It is hard to image you may find peace and relaxation in such central location.
Couldn't think of anything...
If you want to enjoy a really exclusive service, this is the right place! You will feel like home, and all the staff work hard to make you feel that way. Specially Ismail, he is the best concierge I've ever seen.. He will make your stay in Marrakech really unforgettable!
Everything was perfect - location, staff, food, room.
Was as close to perfect as a riad/hotel could possibly be.
Location. Very helpful staff. Beautiful accommodations and lovely courtyard. Offered good recommendations for meals. Peaceful place to be after a day of sightseeing.
Wonderfully run with attentive staff!
Very relaxing, elegant, helpful staff
This was our first trip to Marrakesh. The Riad Dixneuf La Ksour was the perfect choice.Staff were friendly and polite. Madeleine was so helpful providing us with information about Marrakesh to make the most of our visit. The Riad Dixneuf La Ksour provided a calm retreat. Sitting on the roof terrace for breakfast, looking towards the Atlas mountains over the roof tops was the perfect way to start the day.
All the Riad is very tasteful and beau- tifull. It was quiet, Dinner and break-fest was excellent. The young man how managed every-thing was very nice.
Our first trip to Marrakesh and we could not have chosen a better venue. Riad Dixneuf La Ksour was perfect. Would definitely recommend the evening dinner.
Very good location, staff excellent and helpful. Beautiful building. Cooking excellent if you choose to eat in.
A beautiful riad to escape the hustle of the medina and souks. Rooms are light and airy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, really central but you couldn't hear any noise. Had such an enjoyable and relaxing stay here. Stayed in the twin room, and loved the fact the bathroom was split level and very big as well!
Most friendly staff, perfect location, rooms decorated in a real tasteful way - we will come back!!
First class service
The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Madeline spent ages chatting with us and gave us some excellent advice and restaurant recommendations that were really to our taste. The location of the hotel is perfect, we were walking distance from all the main sites. The Riad is beautifully decorated and the roof terrace has a wonderful view. We also loved the breakfast, it was really fresh and well presented
Only suggestion for improvement is to have TVs in the room
We are regular travellers and would rate this as one of the two most friendly groups of staff we have come across, all friendly and helpful without exception. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the Leon Suite, one of the better rooms, which was very comfortable. The location is good, very close to the souks and main square but actually on a quiet strret rather than in the middle of the Marrakech madness!
Perfect! First class riad!
We liked everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The position is brilliant, 5 minutes from the square Jmaa el fna and a couple of minutes from the Medina entrance. Very clean and quiet. Perfect to escape the craziness of the Medina. Thank you to Madelaine, Mustafa, Anouar and the girls for all your help an tips and making our staying so enjoyable.
Beautifully decorated Riad with an excellent staff which consistently provided great service.
Wonderful Riad with great staff. Good location. Amazing food. Lovely rooms. Nothing too much trouble.
Nothing - it was perfect :-)
Personalized service. Excellent staff. Such a welcoming place to stay. Rooms are quite, clean. Great beds.
Heater wasn't working properly. Wi-fi range was also iffy in some areas of the room.
The friendliness of the staff - the care and attention to detail with the feeling of a family providing personal service - led by Eva who looked after us so well.
The only downside was the initial impression of the riad from the outside when we first approached it. If you go expecting a conventional entrance area to a hotel, prepare to be surprised. But this is more than made up for once you are inside.
One of the most beautiful, peaceful places we could imagine so close to the souks. Truly someplace we will return to.
Everything Cooking course
We stayed in room Tanger for two nights before joining a conference that took place outside of Marrakech. This riad is a fantastic oasis in the middle of the busy Medina. The staff is friendly and helpful, everything is very clean and we found it very relaxing to hang out in the patio or on the roof terrace. Early morning breakfast was absolutely the highlight!
We booked the transfer from the Riad to our conference hotel in the Palmeraie on the Sunday when there apparently was the Marrakech Marathon. The driver was very late and we had to stand on the street and wait for almost an hour. It can not have been any news to anyone that there was the marathon and that it would effect traffic that day, so it wasn't really a good excuse. We were offered the money for the transfer back, but it was more the time we lost that was annoying.
