The hotel du Tresor is a great place to stay in Marrakesh! My room was charming, well kept and comfortable. It's in a great location close to Jema El Fna square but away from the noise and chaos. The breakfast was also very good. The best part of my stay was definitely the staff who went out of their way to help me when I needed them and were extremely friendly and seemed genuinely commuted to making my stay a pleasant one.

    Nothing to complain about

The interesting decor. It was comfortable and it was a very pleasant environment to stay in.

One of the sink taps wasn't working and also my friend's shower did not work on the first night. She told the excellent staff and it was sorted out for the next night.

This riad is one of the best we have stayed in. Superb place, very clean & tidy with many roof terraces, each room seemed to have their own, our looked out across the city it was great. Swimming pool very nice, breakfast was nice and staff / owners were superb. Excellent location just 3-5 mins walk from market square! Mint tea & tour of riad on arrival was great.

Nothing! 5* all round in our opinion!

The hotel was very centrally located, near the main square but in a calm side street. Quirky decors in each room, and a nice rooftop and common area, which made it nice to come home and relax after a busy day. There was air conditioning/ heating in the room which is quite useful for the hot days and chilly nights. The staff was also really great, very welcoming and took the time to assist in anything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The locks in the room were quite flimsy, which made me feel a bit worried about how secure the room was, although nothing untoward happened. (They do have a small safety deposit box in each room though).

Great location in the heart of the Medina, very close to the Place Djamaa el Fna. Maison du Tresor is lovely, and the White room were I stayed with one of my two daughters was beautiful with its own private roof terrace. The staff were amazing. Adil, Brahim and Amin were very kind and attentive. Thanks to them we will return to Marrakech again...and again. Thank you

    We liked eveything

Location (very close to the Jemaa el-Fnaa), value (can't beat the price) and prompt/thorough cleaning of my room every morning. The staff was very friendly.

I was on the bottom floor and it tends to be a bit loud (from guests and staff walking through). The room in which I stayed had a bathroom (shower) that was really old -- where the water pooled at the bottom of the shower.

We liked the proximity to the Medina, quiet location. The staff friendly, Amin especially, was very helpful with arranging the taxi from airport to the Riad, also the purchase of the Supratour tickets to Essaouira and with local knowledge. Breakfast was self service on the terrace.

The staff were very accommodating, nothing was ever to much for them.

The shower didn't run through properly which became a problem. The remote controllers didn't work. But over loved my stay.

Its nice to stay in an authentic riad when in Marrakech. This property has both traditional/ original style and a bit of quirky modern design touch too. the location is very convenient; only a 5 min walk to Fnaa Square, but take note when you first arrive, or you will get lost in the side streets trying to find your way back to the hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. The side streets are quiet and walls are thick, so you will have no early morning traffic noise to wake you up here! There is a tiny plunge pool to make use of in summer months. For the price, this riad is a good deal.

Several nights during my stay, hotel staff and friends were up late chatting in the courtyard. Being an open-style riad, this will keep you awake at night, rather like sleeping during someone's cocktail party! The rooms are cute but very small; don't try to share a room as there is barely room for 1 person and their suitcase. Breakfast is a very simple continental affair; if you want a cooked breakfast, head to Fnaa Square in the morning and you can have a full breakfast for only Dh 25. Showers are small, and mine scattered all over the bathroom, and wet everything. Still, for the price, this property is just fine. If you want a bit more luxury riad, you will have to spend euro 100 and upwards

The hotel was amazingly beautiful. The included breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. There is even the option of eating the breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the Medina.

Communication with the staff was at times a bit difficult. But when we needed some medical assistance the manager was very helpful and took care of everything.
