Het personeel. De eerste indruk. Mooi gebouw. Goed ontbijt.

Mijn kinderen konden niet in het binnenbad zwemmen. Dit had wel op de site vermeld mogen worden. Ik heb speciaal jullie hotel uitgekozen op het binnenbad voor de kinderen. Dus dat was een grote tegenvaller!! De kamers zijn niet goed schoon gemaskt.

Het was niet te duur, maar het was heel duidelijk geen 5 sterren hotel. 3 sterren zouden volstaan....

Wij hebben dit gekozen owv de spa faciliteiten, voor het geval het weer niet zo goed zou zijn geweest (wat gelukkig niet het geval was). De toegang tot het zwembad alleen al (in de spa) kostte +/- 15 euro. Ik spreek dus niet van een behandeling, wat normaal is dat je dat moet bijbetalen. Dus wij hebben geen voet gezet in de spa daar het duur was en niet de moeite. Wij hebben dus maar gebruuik gemaakt van het onverwarmd zwembad buiten, wat vreselijk koud was. Wij hebben veel uitstappen gedaan.

Zag er prima uit en is goed bevallen.

In tegenstelling tot wat vermeld staat is Wifi niet gratis en moet er betaald worden voor het binnenzwembad en de aquazwembaden. Ook klopt het telefoons. op de site Booking.com niet.

The location was terrible as it said 4km away but the hotel was actually 10km away from the city The hotel also charges 100 dirhams deposit for towels Shuttle bus only ran till 8.30pm

The pool incl poolside furniture, the bedroom and especially the bed. The member of staff (host) who looked after us during our stay was very friendly

We were not given our all inclusive wristbands when we checked in, we were not given our towel vouchers & we were not told about the need to book tickets for the shuttle. All of these things we found out the hard way. The bar staff were slow and would seemingly give there attention to anything which meant they could avoid serving a customers. Often if a member of staff did not know an answer they ewouls say "I don't know" and walk away instead of directing us to someone who could help

Many families. Went for all inclusive - food always the same. Only went there since we had issues with originally booked hotel. Was emergency solution would not have booked this otherwise. Gave us exactly two towels every day and only seemed to care to provide the minimum, which is a bit sad if you rate yourself with (admittedly local) 5 stars. very noisy, thousands of children running loose.

It was pleasant enough, clean and trying to be a 5 star hotel.

Not 5 star service. Advertises shuttles into town but infrequent and drivers very rude. Charge a lot for shuttle airport then packed others in and dropped us outside the airport. Very little food options unless in all inclusive package. Shop inadequate and expensive. Children's beds actually sofas and very uncomfortable.

Sttaff, staff, and staff, very rude and rigid especially at the reception. Lack of amenities in the rooms, empty mini bar, few towels and bath items

I hate the fact that I booked an all inclusive resort and had to pay for everything extra!!!! The name is misleading and just for that I will never go again! Only breakfast was included.... But worst of all you even have to pay for the use of gym and swimming pool!!!! Never had that in my life!!!!

For those of you that found Eden Andalou Hotel & Resort not satisfactory, I would like to say that it is as good as it possibly can get in Marrakech. It is clean, rooms are spacious, there are several bars and restaurants and the service is GOOD! Be aware that it is located a 15 minute drive away from the city in the countryside, but the hotel offers free shuttle bus for guests to and from the city from the morning until 8.30 PM.

The hotel could, with luck, reduce the number of speakers in the grounds to secure a few non-music spots for those of us that like tranquility. It did not pose a big problem, though

Very good family room, stylishly designed hotel. Kids club staff very good and enthusiastic. Waiting staff attentive, check in staff friendly. Very quiet at night so excellent sleep. Hotel very clean. Having heating in the room was very welcome as it dropped to 10 degrees when we were there.

Could do with heating the pools a bit more this time of year, food choice could get a little repetitive but standard was good.

Hotel is overpriced!!!! It is not near 5* as advertised!!! Max 3*. Food is bad - choice of food is awfull - like on a ferry for lory drivers!!! All inclusive choice is very very poor!!! Been to riu 5* hotel the same week - it was fantastic!!! Nothing to compare with Aden Andalue!!!

The room was big and quite clean

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star! The breakfast is poor. The hotel is at 15 minutes from downtown. There is a shuttle bus but the last is at 8.30 p.m The hotel did not accept the credit card (for a mysterious connection problem...) forcing me to pay in cash.

Everything! - staff - Room - Breakfast very bad - You have to pay for the Gym, thing that i never see in any 5* hôtel in the world. - Room service very bad. You have to call them many times to clean the room and for the towels. - i will never return to this hôtel even for free.

Eden Andalou is a gorgeous resort. We went with 2 young children and they loved it as there is plenty of space for kids to run around. The food was delicious, staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned everyday. There is a nursery for children to play at. Overall our stay was fabulous!!

The heated pool wasnt heated, was cold most of the time.

Location is a bit far, though there are hourly shuttle services to and from the hotel.
