Poor service, breakfast was appalling . Toilets door do not close, the room door didn't close properly.towels were as hard as leather. Had to move from that place immediately and found a much better hotel near the same place. Would not recommend to any one

The towels were hard and terrible. Our bath was dirty. The air in didn't work properly. Had a cocktail at the pool that was terrible and not good value for money. Breakfast was terrible. The only good thing was the staff

Comfortable bed, proximity to jmaa el fnaa

The towels were missing In my room even if i mentioned my arrival hour two weeks ahead. The phone wasn't working either, the quality of the materials in the room was poor: rusty chairs, poor wood, broken door handle... I went in for 1 night and i regret paying the 770dh (69€) for a hotel worth way below the claimed 4*, i forbid my relatives to go there. Worst experience ever,

The food wasn't good... just unexpected it to have deteriorated in few years... it's a shame!

Location was good. 20min walk to main square. Rooms were nice and clean and a good size. Tour desk onsite to book tours through.

Breakfast was not good. Very limited choices and food not kept warm. Food at onsite resturaunt not that good either. Check in was quite difficult due to staff not speaking English but rest of the time staff were good.

Excellent staff - particularly at reception. Very comfortable rooms - good layout for couple and 15 year old boy with separate adjoined room.

    Wifi didn't work in bedroom

It was recommended by my daughter who also stayed once in this hotel for 10days in April 2013. The location is very nice and you find Jama-al-fana, Bhaia palace etc at a walking distance. We really enjoyed our short stay of 3nights.

Faded Glory, the hotel has obviously seen better days, that factor has its own charms.

Breakfast was a bit hit and often miss. No big thing though.

I appreciated very much the: - swimming pool - comfortable beds and pillows - hotel Bar and Night Club - friendly recepcionists - hotel Spa - localization - 24h room service

I didnt liked the: - breakfast (!) with croissants, bread, juice and milk basically... - swimming pool bar food - lack of beds in the swimming pool area
