Locaion. The hotel being close to many points of interest in the city.t Shoddiness of staff. Ranging from poor reception at check in to non existent room service despite the hotel's claim to providing such a service. Quality of breakfast was very poor.

Location is good for sight seeing, restaurants and airport. The swimming pool is large (for a city hotel) and nicely laid out for relaxing. Rooms are adequately furnished. The breakfast is very poor and food in general of low quality. Balcony doors do not seal on closing so there is little or no noise insulation.

good location, nice part of city easy reach of town our suite was very good and spacious. air conditioning very effective. nice to have a fridge in room and good sized tv swimming pool was fine excellent omlette lunches and they made good coffee at the pool bar balcony very tatty not nice enough to want to sit out on pool area very tired with chipped tiles our friends suite not half as nice as ours breakfast choice poor the hotel is very tired, but for the price we should have expected this

The staff, surroundings, pool, cleanliness, attention to detail, food, The lack of entertainment and music. Dinner was dull due to a subdued atmosphere almost like eating school dinner in a hall only the food was top class.

horrible staff bad customer service and very rude staff with worse atitude ..my advice to everyone not to go near or even think stay at this saggyy hotel very bad hotel i ever seen especialy the staff..keep away everyone .go any hotel except this one

Les parties communes sont agréables (piscine, salons et bars) La terrasse de la chambre Pas mal de petits détails qui sont un peu décevant par rapport au standing de l'établissement (cuvette des toilettes qui tient à peine, boiserie des fenêtres où il ne reste presque plus de peinture, bois fendu au niveau de la porte de la chambre, ...)

La situation de l'hôtel est le point fort , il est très bien placé a proximité de tout , l autre point fort c est la piscine , très agréable . Le personnel sympathique. Mais les points négatifs sont le fait que c est un hôtel ancien et pas"rénové"! La literie est mauvaise , et certains endroits de l établissement vétuste! Il serait temps de faire des travaux . Cet établissent aurait besoin de renouvellement ( literie , travaux ect...)

Met 3 vriendinnen, een 3 persoonskamer gekoekt een kamer krijgen met nog een kamer eraan vast. Echt ruim en heerlijke bedden. Vriendelijk personeel. Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Kamers werden ook iedere dag schoongemaakt Badlakens bij het zwembad. Dat er leuke excursies werden aangeboden voor een normale prijs inclusief lunch. Wij misten een klein koelkastje voor water etc.

Les seuls points positifs de cet hôtel sont la gentillesse du personnel et la terrasse avec piscine Tout - l'équipement des chambres insuffisantes pour un hôtel aussi chère, pas de minibar, mauvaise literie, robinetterie vétuste et manque de débit à la douche - hyper bruyant (bruit de couloir, de circulation de la route et de la discothèque jusqu'à 3h du matin) - salle à manger froide et impersonnel, - buffet petit-déjeuner médiocre et aucun produit marocain (pain baguette, croissant, pain au chocolat, céréales, oeufs) - demi-pension : buffet quasi inexistant et les quelques plats servis infectes Nous avons payé la chambre double pour 2 nuits en demi-pension 434€ du vol à l'état pur !
