It"s position in the city. Friendly staff. There was not much else to like about the hotel No ways a five star hotel, but a three star at the very best. In urgent need of upgrading and renovation. Staff friendly but disinterested and incompetent. Service standards are minimal.. |

ハネムーンであることを事前に伝えておいたため、眺めがよい部屋を案内してくれた。レストラン（朝食、ディ- ナー）でのスタッフの方の接客がよかった（名前はわからないがベテランの男性の方の応対がとても親切丁寧で- あった） ガイドを紹介してくれたが、口頭だけの案内だった。なにかパンフレットなどがあればより信頼できた。おそら- くスタッフ（上の職の方）の知り合いのガイドだったのだが、５つ星ホテルというならそれなりの案内をした方- がよいと思う。 |

lo mejor su ubicación Para el precio que vale las habitaciones son pequeñas, las camas pequeñas, la accesibilidad intererios dificil para mayores y minusválidos, la atención de camareros es horrorosamente lenta y los precios de cafeteria y restaurante muy altos para lo que ofrecen, el desayuno es una guerra para que te sirvan y tengan existencias en el bufett |

El hotel recrea un ambiente colonial - historico donde el buen gusto y la sobriedad se unen con la tradicional hospitalidad de marruecos como si el tiempo se hubiera detenido. Es un reducto de paz que mantiene todo su esplendor, mientras en torno a el bulle toda la actividad de la ciudad de Tamger. Toda la estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria |

Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, accès direct à la ville, cadre intérieur et extérieur superbe. Le bruit à l'intérieur de l'hotel, donc difficile de dormir: la plupart des chambres donnent soit sur la terrasse du bar, soit dans la cour du piano bar. Des fenêtres isolantes seraient la solution. La propreté des chambres n'est pas suffisante, ne mérite pas autant d'étoiles. |

Muy bueno servicio, y el hotel es muy clasico decor de Marruecos. Es en el central del cuidad, y tiene muy buena restaurante. Hay un servicio de coche privado del hotel, que puedo ver la zona, con conductor, que es bastante economico y recomendable. |

何といってもホテルのロケーションは最高。特に初めてモロッコを訪れた方は、何かと気づかれもするけど、や- っぱりメジナは何回も覘いてみたい、そんな方に特にお勧めです。 冬でもそんなに寒くならないモロッコだからだと思いますが、部屋の暖房器具がエアコンしかなく中々暖まりま- せんでした。 |
