Excellent location. Lovely clean hotel. Good breakfast. Free wifi everywhere.

Breakfast was delightful and assorted. Although not everything that was colorful tasted good.

No WIFI in rooms. WIFI in hall is horrid, but it worked at least.

Great central location, with pretty much everything we wanted to see within walking distance. Really nice gardens surrounding the pool which made relaxing here really easy. Good breakfast selection and good restaurants. The rooms are good sizes with good air conditioning and all the facilities you need. Close to the beach but set back so you don't get all of the noise from the traffic which you get along the seafront boulevard. I would certainly stay here again if I visited Tangier and would recommend to others. You can exchange currency at reception as well as there being an ATM at the entrance to the hotel.

I don't think there was anything I can say as a bad point for this hotel.

Very good breakfast buffet with eggs, grilled tomatoes, fruits, dried fruits, several sweet and salty pastries, freshly pressed juices, cafe, water or thé a la menthe. Pool area with small garden where you can eat.

Not all of the staff speaks English very well. Not always very helpful when getting information.; for example staff did not know when long distance busses departed and did not look it up for us. Most of the staff was friendly and trying to help but some of the staff gave us the feeling to be second class guests since we were a young and not overly rich pair.

Really good hotel and wonderful staff. Good for families comparable to other hotels in Tangier. If you are from GCC and your family is with you, this hotel should be your choice.

Only the overpriced qoutation we got from booking.com comparable to the prices we could got directly from the hotel. Not less than EUR40 per night the difference between hotel's prices and booking.com

The junior suit was smelly, noisy and dirty no screen on the window so if window is open flays are in.first night I asked if they can change the room they refuse and say they are all booked even though there was may be 4% of the hotel occupied and the second night after we decide to leave they change the room that was hot and air condition was very noisy and didn't work properly.NOT A 4 stars for shore may be 3.

That was my first experience in Tangier so next time I know where to stay if I go back for work.I Didn't liked the hotel at all.

The only hotel i've been in Morocco that actually corresponds to the european standards of a 4 star hotel. Friendly and competent staff, comfortable clean rooms and good service, just like any other 4 star hotel in Europe. Will gladly stay there again and will reccomend it.

موقع الفندق ممتاز بالنسبة لقربه من وسط المدينة والرصيف البحري

El desayuno es muy variado y de calidad. Las habitaciones confortables. La ubicación del hotel es buena, a unos minutos de la playa y a quince minutos andando de la Medina, de la Plaza del Gran Zoco,....

El personal de recepción se comportó correctamente, en cambio el personal que atiende la cafetería era bastante desagradable y tardaba muchísimo tiempo en atenderte e incluso un día se negaron a servirnos la consumición sin darnos ninguna explicación coherente, lo único que hicieron fue habilitarnos la sala de la televisión para que tomáramos algo.

El servicio y la limpieza.

Las habitaciones para tres son agobiantes.

الاستضافة جيدة جدا وموظفوا الاستقبال على درجة عالية من الاحترام والمعاملة حسنة وعند عودتي ان شاء الله سوف تكون اقامتي ان شاء الله في هذا الفندق

انني قمت بالحجز لجناح جنيور ولاكن السعر مع مستوى هذا الجناح غير مناسبة وكنت سأغادر الفندق بعد الليلة الاولى الى فندق اطلس المحدث ولكن ادارة الفندق قد تداركت هذا الامر وقامت بنقل اقامتي الى جناح سنييور بنفس سعر الحجز بدون اي زيادة في الثمن وكان هذا الجناح مناسبا جدا للسعر والموقع ونحن شاكرين لموقع بوكينج وكذلك الفندق لما لاقيناه من حسن تعاون وترحاب بالاستجابة لمطالبنا واخيرا نكرر شكرنا الحار لهذه المعاملة الطيبة .

Notre séjour s'est trouvé en saison très creuse et les clients n'étaient pas nombreux à cette période. Cependant le service a été parfait, et les repas variés et excellents. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et abondant et le repas du soir (nous étions en demi pension) excellent. Quoique la saison n'était guère propice (il faisait quand même 17°), la proximité de la plage avec sa digue de mer était un plus. Le personnel était tout à fait efficace et dévoué.

Situation plein centre ville - Bon couchage

Chambre vieillote, baignoire/douche vétuste - Niveau d'un 2.5 étoiles francais - Bruillant, de ma chambre pourtant au 4ème et en bout de couloir impossible de dormir avant minuit à cause du bruit d'un concert au restaurant.

Personnel acceuillant et à l'écoute.chambre propre, à recommander.

La possibilità di avere più servizi : ristorante, piscina e di essere localizzato in centro.

L'arredo delle stanze è anni 70.Non tutto il personale alla reception ha standard di gentilezza idonei.

Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Buen desayuno. Buen 4 estrellas para la media de Marruecos.

Außengelände mit Pool und ausreichend Liegewiese/liegestühle,, saubere Zimmer , Buffee ausreichend und vielseitig.

Nachts war an Schlafen nicht zu denken, da es von der Strandpromenade extrem laut( Autohupen )war ( bis 6 Uhr morgens ) Beim Frühstück mußte man öfter auf warme Milch warten.
