The only hotel i've been in Morocco that actually corresponds to the european standards of a 4 star hotel. Friendly and competent staff, comfortable clean rooms and good service, just like any other 4 star hotel in Europe. Will gladly stay there again and will reccomend it.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Some noise insulation for the windows could improve the otherwise overall pleasing athmosphere

I stayed for just 2 nights, so I did not spend a great deal of time there, however, the staff were friendly and the room very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The only evening meal I ate at the hotel was not very good.

Lo que mas nos ha gustado es el personal del hotel,sobretodo la recepción.Fouxia nos ha hecho la estancia muy agradable y nos ha ayudado en todo.Nos hemos sentido como en casa.El director del hotel es español y muy agradable tambien.La situación del hotel es de lo mejor.Sin duda repetiremos y en verano para disfrutar d la piscina.

- le confort de l'hôtel - la gentillesse du personnel - la qualité du PDJ - payer 50 dh/nuit pour le garage me parait cher surtout qu'en plus la Direction de l'hôtel décline toute responsabilité en cas de vol et/ou dommage au véhicule !!!!!!!!!!!!

Nos ha gustado el trato del personal (todos muy agradables y atentos), la habitacción suit, el desayuno, las cenas del hotel, la ubicación y la calidad precio. El primer día hacía mucho frío en la habitacción. Luego no hubo ningún problema.

Todo, sus jardines,sus estancias comunes su personal, nosotros que somos españoles nos encontrabamos como en csa ya que toos hablan español. Lo que menos me ha gustado es la poca amplitud de sus habitaciones, son algo peuqeñas.

Localização não fica em frente ao mar, fica numa rua a 50 m da avenida marginal. Continuando pela rua do hotel chega-se à praça, por onde se segue para Tetouan, Rabat, Ceuta, Azilah, etc. Os empregados da receção e quartos muito simpáticos e falam francês e espanhol.Tem um restaurante bom com refeições marroquinas e europeias.Pequeno almoço com variedade, mas é necessário dar formação aos empregados, pois com facilidade acabavam os copos, talheres e demoravam tempo a recolher e limpar as mesas.

En general es un buen Hotel. Todos los empleados hablan español y la mayor parte de los huéspedes también. El desayuno está muy bien. Hay mucha tranquilidad aunque también animación. Tiene garage propio bien guardado y atendido. A partir de ahora seré cliente del mismo. El servicio de mantenimiento debe revisar el funcionamiento de las instalaciones de agua y luz mas frecuentemente en las habitaciones.

La estupenda relación calidad-precio. El hotel es muy acogedor y cuenta con unas instalaciones excelentes. La habitación es amplísima y muy confortable y el desayuno muy variado y abundante. Un cuatro estrellas en toda regla. El personal, muy amable y profesional. Sin duda, volveremos en cuanto regresemos a Tánger.
