high level of noise late into the evening, no way to shut it out since rooms overlook central space where noise was coming from.

Fantastic ambience. Good food. Very exotic rooms straight from the Arabian nights. Walking through the medina/souk was incredible and so much more authentic than other cites.

Wow is all I can say. An absolutely beautiful, opulent, luxurious, thoughtfully decorated riad. We stayed in the Baghdad Room for 1 night (which is way nicer than the 1 picture on the website). Like the rest of the hotel, it was absolutely gorgeous with a very soft, comfortable, and large bed. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was very good. Breakfast was typical, with basic Moroccan breads, varying spreads, coffee and juice. The staff spoke English quite well. The location is very close to Place Hassan ii, less than 5 minutes walking, and was very well-marked and easy to find. It was certainly not cheap, but for a place this beautiful and luxurious, it was a great value and a comparable place in Marrakech/Fes/Rabat/etc would have been way more.

Only one negative – our room had a huge bathtub, which is great, but the hot water ran out before it was full. I waited a bit and added more (fortunately I hadn’t gone into it yet) but just a slight inconvenience. This was around 9 pm at night, not sure if another time might have been better. This is not atypical in Morocco, especially in an old building, even in a fancy riad. But I would still absolutely stay here again!

We liked everything and the riad matches the excellent reputation is has. The riad manager was really nice and helpful. The room was amazing (Suite Bagdad): spacious, well decorated and really clean. We had wifi even in the room. Food and service were excellent. Highly recommended riad.

After almost a month in Morocco it was amazing to have a bath. Positively opulent! The room was lovely, the welcome warm and the service impeccable. We also ate here and it was one of our best Moroccan meals. The cats are pretty cute too.

The staff were very friendly The room was fab The roof terrace fantastic Service excellent tea brought to us on arrival and laundry done. Food good in restaurant. Breakfast could be had anytime so no chance of missing it with a lie in.

Everything was right about this place - welcoming and efficient staff, beautifully authentically decorated rooms, being right in the heart of an ancient medina. Great value for money!

The bed mattress was very hard, which I personally don't mind, but just a minor detail.

Prácticamente todo. Sobre todo Brahim y Ruth, excelentes comunicadores,amenos y amables, como de la familia, como hermanos....

Ubicado dentro de la medina y en una casa típica con una decoración local con todo tipo de detalles. El personal muy atento y amable.

En las habitaciones de la primera planta, el ruido del restaurante se oye bastante hasta que terminan alrededor de los 00 h.

Die Zimmer haben alle Fenster nach innen, zum Flur. Es kann dabei teilweise sehr laut sein. Man fühlt sich im Zimmer nicht ungestört. Bei der Bezahlung wurde ein Umrechnungskurs angelegt, der schlechter war, als in den Wechselstuben auf der Straße.

رياض لطيف و هاديء و أنيق جدا في احد اطراف المدينة العتيقة قريب جدا من ساحة الفدان ومن جادّة محمد الخامس الجميلة ومن الابواب الاكثر شهرة للمدينة العتيقة و من متحف تطوان .. موقع مثالي للتعرف على روح تطوان الاندلسية و العصرية .

Situation en plein centre sans avoir à se perdre dans des ruelles compliquées.

Petit-déjeuner très basique vu le prix pratiqué. Assez cher par rapport à d'autres villes et aux prestations générales. Décoration moche et sans style.

sehr freundliches Personal. Nach später Anreise wurde uns um 23.00 Uhr sogar noch ein Essen serviert.Sehr schönes Ambiente. Lage perfekt.

Ein sehr angenehmer Empfang - noch spät etwas zu essen bekommen und sehr hübsche orientalisch eingerichtete Zimmer ! Die Lage ist für eine marokkanische Stadt nicht ungewöhnlich, ein Riad in der Medina ist nie leicht zu finden - aber wir haben es gefunden !
