The location was great, right next to the central plaza.

Room looked way smaller than in the picture.

Good location just 2-minute walk to the famous Jamaa El Fna. Friendly staff with good an english spoken. Breakfast at a rooftop terrace with a morroccon seating area. Free WIFI at lobby area. Suitable for budget hotel.

Not expect much for budget hotel.

The location is perfect and don't miss the small restaurant next to the hostel at the right, the atmosphere is so good and the owner is friendly.

The youngest member of the staff was really rude! No heating/Air-cond in the room

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Staff not intended to help. Poor services. Avoid in any case!

The staff was AMAZING. While there were some problems with the room (the light in the bathroom didn't work, we ran out of toilet paper etc. etc.) the staff were always willing to go the extra mile to help us out in an unfamiliar city. Also you can't beat the location of this riad. It sits right on Jema El Fnaa, which is where all the main action is. You can walk anywhere in the Medina from the riad. Also if you are looking for that riad feel without murdering your wallet, look no further. If I am ever to go back to Marrakech, I'll be going back to El Kennaria.

It's a great place with lovely and friendly people running it, it's located just 5 min from the main square. At night we played music in front of the riad. Just a great place to be.

Staffs are perfect, very professional , even as if you feel you are at home, very helpful, English language not problem at all,as in morocco dominant is french as a second foreign language, at hotel I did not feel as a customer, I felt as a member of family.

Good location, 2 minutes ' walk from the Jemmaa El Fna square. The staff were very helpful. Excellent price quality. Decoration of the hotel very good.

It was very noisy at night up on the roof terrace, this could go on until the early hours. Then at around 7am heavy furniture was dragged across the terrace.

La location è appetibile ma non eccessivamente rilassante. Credo che sia una accomodation per una clientela più che giovane. Considerare anche il tipo di città dove si pernotta.

La situation géographique, à 2 pas de la place, la belle terrasse. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel., la propreté L'ambiance générale de bonne humeur parfois en musique. La climatisation de la chambre par 38 degrés au dehors.

La température de Marrakech au mois de mai, 38°, mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien !

Proximité du centre ville.

Bruit jusque tard dans la nuit , douche écoulement mal conçu. La lumière a la tête de lit ne fonctionnait pas.

Quando siamo arrivati ci hanno messo in una stanza piccola e con il bagno in camera senza porta e con il muro divisorio che non arrivava al soffitto. Il giorno dopo ci hanno dato un'altra stanza con la porta del bagno!

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, und dort ist es trotzdem ruhig. Das Zimmer war nett.

Die Dachterasse könnte man ein wenig schöner gestalten :-) Außerdem gibt es da kein Whirpool,wie man auf einem Foto sehen kann..

La ubicación es perfecta, a dos mn reales de la plaza jemma fnaa. La terraza super acogedora , allí se desayuna a diario, el desayuno riquísimo , el personal atento.

El baño aunque limpió estaba algo deteriorado, tendrían que hacer alguna reparación , y las toalla das algo raids aunque limpias

E' veramente difficile trovare un Riad situato in una posizione migliore, a 2 passi dalla famosa piazza Djem El Fnaa dove ogni tassista vi può portare senza problemi. Stanze non grandissime ma pulite. Come ogni Riad ha un bellissimo cortile su cui si affacciano i vari piani dell'hotel e una comoda terrazza sul tetto dove potrete fare colazione. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Straconsigliato

Excel·lent hotel i el millor realment ha estat el servei. Molt ben situat a 100 m. de la plaça Jemma el-Fna, La relació qualitat-preu òptima.

Potser faltaria una mica més d'equipament a les habitacions, com llum a la tauleta de nit, però és més un consell que una crítica.
