The best shower in 4 months of travel, the house music was to die for.

Perhaps the cheering footy crowds but?

great location, only metres away from the square but a little hard to find at first. stayed for two nights and was a pleasant stay

wifi wasn't strong in most areas including the rooms. The full payment included city tax but was later told it wasn't included, this made me change my mind about the hotel.

Good location, central and quiet. The rooms are very clean. Towels are changed every day.

The breakfast is a total desaster and stands in absolute no relation to the price of the room.

Very close to Jaam el fna square; they fetch you from the airport if you like (better take bus Nr. 19 from airport for EUR 3,--)

I liked the friendly familiar atmosphere I found there and the comfort of the room. Breakfast was really pleasant, served with kindness, even if essential and not so variable: any case, the fresh orange juice, the jam and the bread were excellent. By night, the scene assumed magic contours. The staff was kind helpful and ready to meet your requests. The boys at the reception were really kind.

All the staff were exceptionally helpful and the atmosphere was always very friendly and relaxed. The service was excellent from start (electronic communications for help and advice) to checking out. Great location to visit and explore the Medina and surrounds.

    The location was good

The hotel is too expensive for the services and facilities provided. A similar 4 star hotel in Marrakesh cost the same. Finally, even though the whole hotel had electricity, they told us we couldn't pay with credit card. We didn't expect that an neither to run finding a machine where we can withdrawal money before taking a train to leave Marrakesh.

This is now my third time in Marrakech and I can say that my stay At El kennaria was brilliant!!!. The Riad is spacious, clean and really well located about 2mns from the main square. The staff is very helpful and really nice to be with. The terrace is the bigger one I have seen (so far) with excellent music to chill out at anytime of the day and night. Thanks again for making my stay a beautiful experience. I will definitively come back again. Nice one!!!

I had to change room because water was pooring in;as a result my luggage was wet. I had to ask several times for the money they had to return because they "couldn't" change.

Breakfast on the roof was very nice with friendly staff

When I arrived the bathroom and especially the toilet were very dirty. The room furniture was adequate but it was an inside room with only one window which opened into the ground floor guest area and I did not feel safe as this area was open to the street. I had to lock the window at night and there was no Airconditioning so the room was a stuffy and a hot house. When I approached the staff about this they just shrugged their shoulders. The advertising on the internet was not accurate.

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They did all they could they make our stay comfortable. Use of their kitchen is allowed. Riad location within the square is great. Several spas/hamams very close by too.

Air condition in rooms is not strong enough at all. No fridge supplied in rooms.
