Stay was excellent. Rooms very luxurious and location great. We booked a hotel car yo take us to the atlas mountajns. Our driver was great and very helpful. Lovely place was absolutely recommend it.
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The pool and gardens are lovely and restful. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom extremely spacious too and the bed was excellent- huge, luxurious, with lovely fresh linen and numerous pillows. The spa with its well equipped gym and multiple steam and sauna rooms was a delight too. Thoroughly recommended.
In room entertainment could have been better if a selection of movies had been available.
Staff was great. Spa indoor pool was amazing. Moroccan hammam and massage were both wonderful at the spa! Gym was decent, but far from rooms, with limited hours.
Be ready to tip for everything. Wifi is very slow. Breakfast and the fridge in your suite is all complimentary.
Very friendly and impeccably polite staff, and very helpful at all times. Being met and taken to the airport saved all the hassle of dealing with local taxis (where hassle over price is de rigueur). The palace has a lovely breakfast room with plenty of interesting things to try. Our junior suite had great views of the gardens and Atlas mountains. It had a lovely bathroom - we particularly liked the fresh rose petals decoratively placed around the bathroom on towels each day. Huge bed was really comfortable. Free WiFi worked without any hassle. The Palace heated pool (it was warm enough to swim outside in early January) and the lagoon are a real delight. Inside there is a lovely heated pool with an interesting design plus hot rooms to suit all tastes,
Nothing much to dislike. Personally, I was not that keen on seeing sparrows inside the breakfast room as they seemed to like pecking at the cakes. But a very minor dislike. A jacuzzi/hot tub in the spa facilities would be nice. I was half expecting this as part of the indoor pool. We didn't use the restaurant or visit the casino, so can't comment on these.
Huge garden with beautiful trees and vegetation, biggest pools I have seen in a resort, very large and comfortable food. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Excellent reception manager and overall service.
The lunch buffet selection could be improved with additional choices.
What did we like ?? ... where to stop... :) Family run with noticeable personal attention. Super service, always someone around to assist without hardly noticing them being there. Breakfast with all the things you need. Restaurants serving very good quality food. Well heated pool and kids club with plenty of things to do plus daily changing program. Close to the city. We will return
Diner restaurants are really good but a bit too stiff for eating with younger kids.
The space and decor are exceptionally good. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. the location is very good.
Wi Fi connection not very good with server problems but fine for receiving and reading emails.
* Location * Staff very friendly * Theatro Club (Houssein) is excellent & very professional * Room Space & Design
Meeting Rooms & equipments @ Es Saadi Gardens (next door), not the Palace
Attentive, friendly staff in a spectacular hotel
Paintings in the corridors
It was a palace, very restful, staff couldn't be more charming and beautiful gardens and pools.
Very quiet in the evenings, on occasions, we were the only 2 people present in the bar with 2 musicians playing. Hygiene could be improved, my wife and I were both ill with stomach bugs, birds allowed to sit in the bread basket in the morning and peck away at the bread and cakes to their heart's content. Very expensive bars
Location. Gardens. Decor. Helpful staff
Heated and none heated pool reception area with Moroccan musician spacious suite large four poster bed
Overall I think it is a great hotel.
The service at breakfast could be better.
The design is real. Not very new, but very classy and comfortable. The junior suits are really giantic. The gardens and the pool are fantastic.
The wifi connection is slow, but this is a problem of Morocco I think. The breakfast is good, but if you stay longer than 2 days, it becomes same every day.
More training to staff
Room was huge, really nice view from the Balcony. Bath facility, really fantastic. Breakfast area is breath taking.
No iron in the room No coffee and tea in the room, asked for electric kettle they promised but two days nothing delivered.
Staff, pool, breakfast location very good
I loved the beds! They were huge with top quality bed linen. The bathrooms were also big and very clean. We had a walk in wardrobe too. Our balcony over looked the beautiful gardens. Best bit was the massive sun loungers with mattress and pillows - yum! The restaurant manager Aziz was great.
The grumpy concierge and his replacement when he was off duty. The bloke in charge of the tennis court was also rude.
You can walk to the Medina in 15 mins or there are always taxi's and horses if you want to save your feet! Beautiful grounds, fab pools and spa. Staff v friendlly. A good amount of tradition combined with modern luxury.
Staff were friendly but not always the most helpful or attentive. The hotel was very clean but that didn't stop the rather unpleasent sewage smell from seeping into the corridors.
We had a wonderful stay staff very friendly especially the bar staff, all very helpful.
Room size, service at check in, room comfort and cleanliness. Helpful staff, good breakfest spread, good pool and ground. Good spa service,
Rude reception. The only place in Morocco where we were not greeted or offered tea on arrival.. The bed was incredibly hard i had to sleep on the couch. Towels on the balcony beds were stained. And we had a sqeaking noise all night long. Its run down. lastly when you enter there is the stench of horse manure due to the horse carriages out front.. overall disgusting. I have never written a bad review like this in the 25 years I have been on holidays.
Location was perfect. Close to souk shopping and great restaurants. Gorgeous pool. Hammam treatment and massage in spa was world class. Staff very attentive. Truly palacial hotel. We travel all over the world and this stay ranks among our best ever.
no complaints whatsoever!
Beautiful grounds and room Amazing pool Attentive staff Proximity to restaurants/bars and the main square Nice welcome when we arrived (tea and cakes!) Breakfast - fabulous selection
Air-conditioning not very effective in room Limited restaurant choice at resort
Hotel facilities ,staff, pool bar staff excellent, room excellent a few minor points but overlooked by overall stay.
