Breakfast service a little patchy
Very peaceful, calm and tranquil.
The hotel is nice and big and spacious. There is a very large swimming pool. The staff were helpful and friendly
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Pool and gym facilities are amazing.
It is expensive but this is real 5 star!
Great facilities - Spa, pools, bars and restaurants. We stayed in a beautiful apartment away from the main hotel building on the far side of the pool. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious lounge and outside areas. Really hard to find any faults!
Food not very high end / interesting or good (not bad either...just wouldn't recommend to foodies). Service horribly slow, particularly by the pool - but if you have a complaint, they do everything to try and correct it. Tons of space, but all a bit run-down / dated. Nice option overall, but for the price I might try the Sofitel next door.
Huge bedrooms and space, beautiful gardens and pool with luxury sunbeds that were always plentiful. Good location, high-end area not too far from the Medina (20 mins walking or 40 Dhms taxi, ~5 euro). Upgraded to a huge suite on check-in. Fantastic spa and gym. Friendly staff.
They took a hugh amount of money in deposit for use of minbar, and they did not inform med about it.
nice breakfast, beatiful garden
Food at l'Epicurien should be improved
Quality of service: prompt, reliable, courteous staff - We were blown away The exhibition of contemporary Moroccan artists: iconic art was on display, I couldn't believe there were pieces by the likes of Gharbaoui, Talal, Labied & Belkahia exposed
A little tired and a bit soulless
Staff and location
The brakefast is abbundant but sub-standard. The place feels a little rundown.
Liked the location, the gardens, and the spaciousnes of the place. Liked the staff and the cordial feeling that they generate. Great Spa! Good room service.
Stay was excellent. Rooms very luxurious and location great. We booked a hotel car yo take us to the atlas mountajns. Our driver was great and very helpful. Lovely place was absolutely recommend it.
In room entertainment could have been better if a selection of movies had been available.
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The pool and gardens are lovely and restful. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom extremely spacious too and the bed was excellent- huge, luxurious, with lovely fresh linen and numerous pillows. The spa with its well equipped gym and multiple steam and sauna rooms was a delight too. Thoroughly recommended.
Be ready to tip for everything. Wifi is very slow. Breakfast and the fridge in your suite is all complimentary.
Staff was great. Spa indoor pool was amazing. Moroccan hammam and massage were both wonderful at the spa! Gym was decent, but far from rooms, with limited hours.
Nothing much to dislike. Personally, I was not that keen on seeing sparrows inside the breakfast room as they seemed to like pecking at the cakes. But a very minor dislike. A jacuzzi/hot tub in the spa facilities would be nice. I was half expecting this as part of the indoor pool. We didn't use the restaurant or visit the casino, so can't comment on these.
Very friendly and impeccably polite staff, and very helpful at all times. Being met and taken to the airport saved all the hassle of dealing with local taxis (where hassle over price is de rigueur). The palace has a lovely breakfast room with plenty of interesting things to try. Our junior suite had great views of the gardens and Atlas mountains. It had a lovely bathroom - we particularly liked the fresh rose petals decoratively placed around the bathroom on towels each day. Huge bed was really comfortable. Free WiFi worked without any hassle. The Palace heated pool (it was warm enough to swim outside in early January) and the lagoon are a real delight. Inside there is a lovely heated pool with an interesting design plus hot rooms to suit all tastes,
The lunch buffet selection could be improved with additional choices.
Huge garden with beautiful trees and vegetation, biggest pools I have seen in a resort, very large and comfortable food. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Excellent reception manager and overall service.
Diner restaurants are really good but a bit too stiff for eating with younger kids.
What did we like ?? ... where to stop... :) Family run with noticeable personal attention. Super service, always someone around to assist without hardly noticing them being there. Breakfast with all the things you need. Restaurants serving very good quality food. Well heated pool and kids club with plenty of things to do plus daily changing program. Close to the city. We will return
Wi Fi connection not very good with server problems but fine for receiving and reading emails.
The space and decor are exceptionally good. The staff go out of their way to be helpful. the location is very good.
Meeting Rooms & equipments @ Es Saadi Gardens (next door), not the Palace
* Location * Staff very friendly * Theatro Club (Houssein) is excellent & very professional * Room Space & Design
Paintings in the corridors
Attentive, friendly staff in a spectacular hotel
Very quiet in the evenings, on occasions, we were the only 2 people present in the bar with 2 musicians playing. Hygiene could be improved, my wife and I were both ill with stomach bugs, birds allowed to sit in the bread basket in the morning and peck away at the bread and cakes to their heart's content. Very expensive bars
It was a palace, very restful, staff couldn't be more charming and beautiful gardens and pools.
Location. Gardens. Decor. Helpful staff
Heated and none heated pool reception area with Moroccan musician spacious suite large four poster bed
The service at breakfast could be better.
Overall I think it is a great hotel.
The wifi connection is slow, but this is a problem of Morocco I think. The breakfast is good, but if you stay longer than 2 days, it becomes same every day.
The design is real. Not very new, but very classy and comfortable. The junior suits are really giantic. The gardens and the pool are fantastic.
More training to staff
No iron in the room No coffee and tea in the room, asked for electric kettle they promised but two days nothing delivered.
Room was huge, really nice view from the Balcony. Bath facility, really fantastic. Breakfast area is breath taking.
