Staf was great thanks for helpfull
Good price. Basic but clean. Separate toilet was inconvenient in middle of night. Downstairs shower very inconvenient. Good breakfast but felt terrace could do with a good dusting.
As explained. Only one glass in room and I had a cold which was a problem as I didn't want to pass it on.
The location couldn't be better, just a two minute walk from Djemaa Al-Fna. The room, while sparsely furnished, was perfect in its simplicity and had all the necessary furniture. The bathroom was also excellent and clean, although bring your own shampoo. The breakfast was perfect: different types of breads (French and Moroccan), jams and honey, butter, fresh-squeezed orange juice and tea/coffee. The whole hotel is also just lovely and cute with all sorts of charm. The upper patio where breakfast is served is ideal.
The only complaint I have is that the wifi was basically not working for the entire stay. That is not okay and needs to be fixed.
good location: central but quiet, good access to taxies
The hotel is very good in every sense for the price . I am very happy with the personnel , they are very helpful and friendly. I will come back to this hotel when I return to Marrakesch.
Beautiful small hotel very central position. A little haven of tranquility.
Everything was good
Very close to Jma el ?Fna so perfectly situated. Quiet and calm. Very pretty and lovely staff.
Internet connection very limited.
-clean room- nice breakfast-good price-friendly staff-beautiful view from the terrass- close to j'maa el fnaa but not too noisy
The hotel had lovely decor and a green, peaceful courtyard garden. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was heated and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
Nothing to speak of.
We book a shared bathroom room which was very good value. The riad itself is beautifully restored and the terrace is excellent. It is very close to the main square but it is very peaceful inside.
If you wish to pay in Euro double-check the conversion rate to avoid misunderstandings.
great location friendly staff nice cat
Very well located, comfortable and pretty.
We booked our trip to the desert from the hotel and were disappointed to find out that we were overcharged after having spoken to other people on our trip. I would "expect" to be ripped off by someone off the street but not by the hotel staff. When we asked if the price was negotiable they insisted that it's not and that it's a fair price for a "genuine agency"... disappointing.
Wonderful staff. And roof terrace! Will book again if visiting Marrakech again.
I liked everything about this hotel and next time I go to Marrakech I will definitely stay there again if I can get a room. My room was on the ground floor, which would be good for anyone who wasn't too good at getting upstairs. It was quiet (especially as it was near all the goings on, but you didn't hear anything) and clean. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. When I wanted to go a hammam, the guy at the desk at the time phoned his friend, who came and collected me to take me there so I didn't get lost. They couldn't have been more helpful. I couldn't have asked for more.
Nothing, it was all great.
Location was on the edge of the medina so transport could be obtained easily. Many cafes & restaurants nearby.Walking distance to many sites.
Room faced the street & was a little noisy
I live in Essaouira and this Hotel was recommended by a friend I was going back to the UK on a early flight and decided to stay the night at La Galia staff are pleasant rooms are clean beds comfortable and clean I would recommend this Hotel to anyone ER from Maidstone Kent
The staff in reception in particular but in general as well was excellent, very please we stay in that hotel, all excellent. Thanks
Nothing to say here all good
The hotel was in an excellent location for getting around, and very close to the main square, but also very quiet at night for those looking for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was nice as well, up on the rooftop in the early morning sun
Nothing. Only one tip I could give for travellers is spend all your money before you get to the airport because they do not accept they're own currency Dirham at the duty free.
location is everything here; beautiful courtyard and terrace; comfortable room; light pleasing breakfast.
no communal area if wet
Room was on the alleyway and therefore noisy at night / early morning...
i have visted this Raid a few times . its a paradise. the warmeth the workers are so kind i feel at Home in Le Gallia!-
Pleasant, helpful staff and a lovely breakfast.
Very nice staff, helped us with bike rental. Excellent location, two minutes from gama el fanna. clean
The bed was clean and the staff was helpful. They speak decent English, but if you need to communicate something complicated it might be a good idea to know some French too. Location is right next to the main square but the hotel itself is still rather quiet. The hotel is placed excellently if you want to explore the Medina.
The shower had obviously not been cleaned. I'm allergic to cats, and it'd have been nice to know that they let cats from outside come and roam through the courtyard. The courtyard itself is not particularly quiet on the ground floor due to pets and staff, which is a bit of a problem if that's where your room is.
