The Staff are excellent very helpful especially the reception staff, pizzeria downstairs and supermarket, nice pool. |

I like bedrooms number 408 4th floor and niceentrance pretty swiming pool although is not indoor ther havent Bar, no Alcohol and cooking is very low standar spcialy pasta is awfull and expensive for they offer , not taste at all . plus minisupermarket doesnt open early |

Le personnel tres agreables et soucieux du bien etre des occupants entretien des chambre super on a meme eu des petale de rose fraiche etaler partout dans la suite ce sont des petit appartement avec grand salon chambre sdb et kitchenette c etait super avec grande piscine En revanche le restaurant de l'hotel est infecte rien na de gout c'était tres decevant vaut mieux manger dehoirs dans les resto |

Bien que situé en pleine zone touristique ce petit hôtel a su garder une atmosphère familiale. Le personnel y est chamant et compétent. Les chambres sont impeccables. Détente et repos garantis ! |

Simpatia dos empregados, localização perto praia, conforto e limpeza dos quartos, piscina. O pequeno almoço além de incompleto não houve todos os dias. Paguem em Dirhams porque o câmbio feito pelo hotel para Euros é penalizador. |

Muy limpio. La cocina disponía de vajilla y utensilios para comidas sencillas. TV, aire acondicionado y un balcón desde donde se veía la playa. Cuando llegamos solo nos pudieron dar 2 toallas para 4 personas porque no había más toallas limpias en todo el hotel. Aunque se podía pagar con targeta nos dijeron que el "aparato" no funcionaba por lo que tuvimos que pagar en cash y sacar dinero de un cajero (nos cobraron comisión que el hotel no quiso abonarnos). |

Поначалу номер показался довольно нормальным, но затем стали выясняться всякие недоделки. На террасе постоянно стояла вода вытекающая из блоков кондиционеров, короче болото каждый день. Жил 11 дней , а как была терраса испачкана птичий пометом . так ее и не кто не убрал. Горничные очень ленивые , пока не укажешь где убрать не уберут. В центральном холле купол венчает стеклянная крыша, она так же грязная от помета от птиц. Кухня в номерах это просто кошмар. Вся посуда оцинкованная и при нагревании воды, даже питьевой окисляется в осадок. Плита работает очень медленно, что бы приготовить чай или кофе, нужно минимум 40-50 минут, а ели вы готовите обед приготовтесь потратить более1,5 часов. Полотенца могут забрать на стирку, а чистые подать только через 1-2 часа.А самое страшное и неприятное,это желание хозяина отеля заработать сверх прибыли. К бассейну при отеле пускают посторонних лиц, не проживающих в отеле. Они все местные и ввиду своего менталитета, женщины купаются в бассейне в одежде, короче сразу и стирка и освежающие процедуры. Несколько раз выходили к бассейну нам как гостям отеля места не нашлось, а тем кто заплатил за одноразовое посещение нашлось. Рядом идет большая стройка, фото выставленные на сайте сделаны в определенном фокусе, то есть в реальности все очень маленькое и тесное. Завтраки этопросто отстой, пиццерия так себе забегаловка. В супермаркете при отеле цены завышены и следите за качеством.Яйцасмуравьям |

le fait qu'on nous ouvre la piscine malgré la fermeture de celle ci. On a réservé une chambre pour 4 et on s'est retrouvé dans une suite pour 2 avec les canapé tranformé en lit mais sans draps. Obligé de demandé nous même les draps à la réception et de faire nous même les "lits" ou plutôt nos canapés... |

chambre propre et personnel d'etage tres sympathique le jour de l'arrivee la chambre ne disposait pas de serviettes de toilette et le lit a cote n'etait pas fait, alors qu'a la reservation je l'avais precise.les serviettes que l'on nous a apportees etaient en piteux etat et ce durant tout notre sejour. Les personnes a l'accueil sont d'un desagreable ... sauf si vous ralez et que vous dites que vous avez fait votre reservation par booking. |

de kamer, ontbijt, personeel restaurant, zwembad balie personeel, internet en kluisje kapot en niet gemaakt.Betaalde geld voor kluisje niet terug gekregen. Hotel is een lelijk gebouw en is zeer ongunstig gelegen ver van centrum. |
