Advertised as a 5 star hotel, not! Poor service, and no ac. Poor response Staff response to issues was poor, no ac in several rooms and poor maintenance staff |

The hotel was out of the city, but near a nice beach front location, the rooftop pool was nice and the restaurant was very good. very expensive transfers to the city |

The Hotel per se is a nice one (decoration, the restaurant, design etc.). Also the pool on the top is stunning looking over the sea. Actually huge room for improvement. Not what I would expect from a Golden Tulip (as international chain and claimed as 5 star hotel). People in the hotel do not speak English ? (e.g. at the reception). Also a kind of arrogance which does not reflect the Moroccan hospitality (tourists might get a wrong picture from Morocco). Restaurant is so lala (though claimed as one of the best ones in Morocco). |

the place was far from city (around 20km) so it was a good place to relax away from noise and all, plus it was located by the beach which was so nice |

Hotellet holdt veldig høye priser, både på rom og mat. Markedsføres som femstrjernes, dette holder ikke mål. Ligger så langt fra Casablanca at det blir for dyrt å reise dit daglig. Hotellet ligger langtfra det meste. Ikke anbefalelsesverdig etter min mening |

el restaurante es muy agradable. si,esta en medio de la nada,la playa cercana es malisima.La piscina exterior de dos dias ha estado uno cerrada por mantenimiento,en pleno agosto.El desayuno es carisimo para lo que ofrecen y la picina interior ademas de se tambien bastante cara,es muy pequeña y parece mas bien una sauna. |

rien ne mérite d'etre aimé, c 'est la premiere et la derniere fois que je reserve dans cet hotel les gens qui travaillent dans l'hotel sont vraiment indisciplinés; ils se comportent tres mal avec les gens , de bruits partout surtout dans la nuit ; ils disent que c'est le moteur d'electricité !!! un climatiseur qui ne fonctionne pas. |

Enormes ruidos nocturnos en la habitación por limpieza y llenado de la piscina Hab 325. No había agua caliente por un problema electrico (esto me lo comentaron en la recepción)Faltaba una toalla. No nos pidieron disculpas ni informaron ni del ruido del problema con el agua. |

Mooie tuin, en een helder binnenbad dat er mooi onderhouden uitzag, mooie ligging met uitzicht. Mooi terras bij de bar. Nogal vochtige muffe lucht in de kamer. Kennelijk een vocht probleem met textiel (wollen tapijt), Jammer want dat is makkelijk te voorkomen. Was spullen vergeten en er wordt geen stap gezet om dat probleem op te lossen. Moet alles zelf regelen. Een aanbod om een koerier te laten ophalen was al te veel moeite. Jammer nu moet ik wachten tot een kennis het kan ophalen. |

Rooms were invaded by moschitos, it was impossible to sleep between 1 am and 6 am, ac was also not working properly and the cleanness of the hotel was not looking as a five star hotel as advertised. Certainly this Hotel does not match other Golden Tulip Hotels. I spoke with the Management of the Hotel, after my family had a fully awake night, they were aware of the problem, but do not advise customers before checking in. You only find a letter of excuse for the moschitos invasion when you enter the room. At this time it is too late, you have checked in and paid, and as the management says “now it is in the system, we cannot do anything”. Stay away from this hotel, at least in the summer |

Le design et architecture sont fantastiques! Les suites junior, bien comme les ethniques sont très comfortables. Les jardins très beaux, le restaurant et bar fantastiques. Un chef jeune et toujours disponible prépare avec plaisir et bien tout ce qu'on a envie, si demandé avec 1 peu d'avance. La piscine exterieure est mal soignée et dangereuse. Même si on le demande, les analyses de l'eau ne sont jamais présentées! Pendant le séjour de 12 jours, on s'est baigné les 3 premiers! Un des bars et le restaurant Marrocain sont fermés, bien comme le parking couvert et l'atelier d´art moderne. Le service est pénible |

Do ambiente ao jantar (o jardim é muito agradável) Haviam muitos insectos. O serviço de recepção mediocre. O Ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava. Qaundo reservei este hotel pensei que era proximo há praia mas, a praia é suja e não é perto. |

Excelente Hotel! Bom serviço de refeições. Não muito longe de Casablanca mas excelente para quebrar com reboliço da cidade. Bela piscina! Melhor acolhimento dos clientes. |
