the big room, the comfort of the bed, the flat screen tv, the new overall feel it had. the constant knocking of the a/c everytime the compressor kicked in, and noone wished to fix it...let's see...around 7 times I called!! the obtrusive cleaning staff, that opened my room door over 8 times, while I was inside the room! I had to literally beg for another room after my ceiling leaked from the a/c. I ended up in a room with no Muslim hose or a bidet. It was horrible...I couldn't wait to leave!! My room number was 909 and I was then moved to 914. I stayed from Sunday night till Friday check out. Nov 15 to Nov. 20 |

The internet service that I requested was made after I made a complain for the late handling. That service is not what I wanted. I miss the timely discussion of the business item I was schedule to do with our customers globally. |

The decoration of the hotel, comfortable rooms/beds, food,... They tried to sell me a bottle of water although it was served free. I could not understand why. They did not check our refrigerator every day (in fact they never did) so we did not have whatever we consumed (mostly water) the next day. |

Nothing much.i suppose the rooms were clean cause it was relatively new.give it another couple of years and it will become a dump.i would still recommend it,because the alternatives in casablanca are worse. Their staff attitude.it felt like being in a government public office rather then a hotel check in counter.the windows of the room were probably never cleaned from the outside. |

the location is very convenient as all my business meetings were around the area. Unlike what I heard about the country, the people were not very nice paticularlt for the breakfast. As soon as you leave your table to get foods, the move your coffee....etc and it happened the 3 days. In addition I was supposed to have the transportation from and to the airport for free as mentioned in my booking. No car was there when I arrived and the guy at the reception told me that I have to book a taxi back to the airport. |

well i booked the rate with airport pick up service and no one was there. i called the hotel and they told me it would take 40 minutes to pick me up although they had all the details of my flight and they suggested to take a taxi. they refused to make a refund and the staff kept blaming each other. the worst guest experience ever!!!!!! i will never stay there again. |

good restaurant turrkish baths not working. Even though, advertised as open until 9pm,no massages were available after 6pm and spa had to be pre -booked which isn't much good for anybody staying for 1 night. The waitor at breakfast was really grumpy - some must have eaten his porridge. |

Access to Casa Port Room service very slow: it took 45 minutes to deliver club sandwich and pumpkin soup, which has turned cold. Staff were generally not service orientated. Breakfast buffet looked "attacked" as early as 9.00 AM and staff did not bother to refill dishes or clean up around buffet area; it was just always messy. |

You need to buy internet at the concierge, and the concierge leaves in the evening. |

It was an excellent quality hotel. The breakfast and airport transfer made it even better value for money. As a one night stopover after holidaying in Morooco and flying out from Casablance airport it would be hard to beat. |

The paid pick-up service did not work out and there was no-one waiting for me at the airport so i had to pay a taxi by my own. When requesting for an invoice for my stay I had to wait long time and it looked like they dont do it really often. Not suitable for alone travelling women as other 5* hotels in Casablanca. |
