IT'S OK. NOTHING SPECIAL.
this hotel deserve only 4 star , house keeping not provide any support , the pillow covers , tissue , not provided ....the breakfast is limited options and you will find many staff around you looking at your food, >>>>reception was bad and keeped me waiting 2 hours since the booking.com refrence code not appear on their system.
1. Staff are very helpful, respectful and very kind. 2. Location is very good. 3. I got a quiet room as requested (not noisy like the last time) In general I'm happy and I do recommend it.
1. Fitness centre is old and it needs so much of improvements, plus AC wasn't working well. 2. Hotel has no prayer mats (in case requested) 3. TV channels were not so clear...plus some channels were missing, it would be nice if that can be checked and fixed.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. First, the breakfast court is always filled with cooking smoke and grease and smells. You must change cloths after having breakfast because it smells from omelette cooking. I am wondering why they don't improve ventilation and make use of air filters. Second, the service and presentation of food and availability of silverware and other things is chaotic. Although it is a 5 star hotel, however, the management and service could be best rated at 2 star hotel level! Third, the front desk diffidently needs polishing and learning basic customer relation skills. Although they are nice, but they treat you good in a casual way rather than in a professional way as it should be in a 5 star international hotel chain. Improving the zoo-like breakfast court and terrible service would certainly turn the hotel into one of the best hotels in town as the building and location is very nice.
The location was good. The hotel was clean
There was absolutely no service. We had made arrangements for airport pick-up. No one was at airport. We found our bedside bulbs didn't work and called the desk. Only after repeated tries--well into the next night did someone come. We wanted to order room service the night we arrived but couldn't get anyone to answer phone. On third day, we had no towels, despite talking to cleaning woman at the hallway, none came until I went to the desk and refused to leave until I got towels

Staff in reception not polit special lady called nadia?!! And all staff did respect you or help you . must give them money in hand when enter and when get out of hotel
Horrible service, concierge doesn't want to help, music was so loud till late nite 1am in one of the restaurants that v couldn't sleep on the 12th floor. The electricity in the room stopped working during the night, kept calling the reception and no one answered till morning. Had to sleep with out the power supply.

the staff is not friendly at all, not smiling, and hospitality levels below expected.
some staffs made very bad behaviors. they are not representatives of the hotel. totally i think the hotel is not reach for 5 stars. basically the numbers of the staffs are few, though i think their customers are executive ladies and gentlemen from foreign countries. this is a very sad situation, so i'm very worried my next stay with a big party from japan in April. i'd better to change my booking from this hotel to another.
It is my 7 th stay in the hotel. it looks like a state run hotel ! various things did not work in the room. They said tomorrow they will repair but nothing happened !

Bedroom windows are filthy and too thin, a lot of noises from traffic and I was on the 14 the floor
The location is good. It is near the Big Mosque. The WiFi was also working fine.
The hotel, although a 4 star hotel has a laid back attitude. The breakfast is not up to the mark. The staff were not well trained. The omelette I asked was half cooked. The food quality was not good. The staff is poor with english language and we could not speak either French or Arabic. They could not understand our requirements.

They could not find our booking and treated us like criminals who would like to sneak in w/o a reservation. As a prize we got a room on top of the discoclub with parties going on till 4am. Staff extremely unfriendly and incompetent, they changed the room only after having mentioned we will be calling the police. Absolutely to avoid, even if the room would be for free!

I went to the hotel for checking at 13h00 they said there is no room ready I had to wait till 16h to get room without tv when I asked them for a late checkout they refused check out should b at 12h this the procedure.
