All staffs are very kind and pay attention to the customers. They always helped our requests. Rooms are clean and confortable. But it is a little far from the big square, it takes about 30 min walking or 25DH by taxi. It has nice garden and pool. |

very close to marrakech (a very short 25 minute walk to the medina and souk through many gardens and passed the mosque) but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city to relax. very nice pool, garden, and food. have been traveling for 10 weeks and they had the best breakfast. first rate laundry service. love the cats around the place. internet was difficult hard to link into the wifi |

Could be anywhere in the world, but you know what you're getting at least. The reception staff were pretty surly. |

For its standard it was the most competitively priced in the city at the required time. It still wasn't cheap and the bar prices were high |

A very relaxed atmosphere in a very busy city. Lovely to get away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech and chill out by the pool. Only stayed one night but nothing we did not like about it. |

The pool The rooms were disgustingly dirty. When we notified the staff that our bed sheets had not been changed, we were given a several rooms keys and were told to find a clean one! We inspected three more at which point we did actually find bed bugs. The room we finally picked and thought was clean also had bed bugs. The one cleaning lady that we did see never wore shoes and never seemed to be cleaning. It's a shame that the rooms are so bad because the pool is so nice. I will be giving this hotel a bad review on Trip Advisor and point out the bed bug situation. |

The hotel was very nice, unfortunately language(french) was a barrier. People in morocco do not speak very good english. But the service was good, hotel very clean and continental breakfast was O.K. tha hotel is within 15-20mins walking distance of the main attractions. |

Swimming pool is good. Restaurant (also for lunch) is extreme expensive. Checking out time is 12.00am, but at 08.15am and at 10.30am housekeeping was knocking at our door. Lot's of local people and all-inclusive-groups. Breakfast isn't that good; waiting for pancakes, orange juce mixed with water, bread very dry. Almost no fresh fruit. |

Nice location, lovely garden and pool area. Comfortable public areas and lots of space to sit. Room opened out directly into the garden. Entrance is quite impressive but behind that rooms are a bit tatty and not very well maintained. Only stayed one night and it was fine for that. |

The location of the hotel is in hivernage where there are a lot of restaurants. Wifi is available only in ground floor, if you need internet in your romm you have to pay 100 dh for the ethernet cable as there is only the rj45 socket in the room. Have to pay to use the safe. Swimming pool very very small. Ask for a non smoking room and got a room which smelled cigarettes. The room was small and got two single bed instead of a double bed. The have to wait if you want some Moroccan typical breakfast. |

The nature of our trip meant that our stay at the Golden Tulip Farah Marrakech came at the tailend of a week of what amounted to a working vacation. The Golden Tulip's beautifully-maintained pool area enabled us to spend two relaxing days by the pool in beautiful Marrakech. We've been to Marrakech several times in the past so we weren't so interested in touring the city, but there are familiar places we were able to frequent each evening -- such as Djemma al Fnna square and its surrounding souk (marketplace) -- that enabled us to relax by the hotel pool during the daytime and venture out in the cool of the evening. I do wish they were more like hotels in the U.S. that do not require billing based on the number of people. When I booked the room I booked based on U.S. hotel standards and booked what I assumed was a single room -- with no real need to indicate that my spouse was traveling with me. When we checked in they adjusted the room rate based on the fact that we were two and not one as they assumed from my reservation. |

The pool was really good and the poolside cafe was very welcoming. It had lovely grounds and after spending time walking round the souks it was nice to be out of town away from noise and crowds. Evening buffet could have been a little better but there is opportunity to eat in the city if we had desired. Fitness facilities a little disappointing. |

This is in ideal place for a family. There is a nice swimming pool for adults and for chilren. There also is a nice garden for the kids to play. The hotel is well located, closed to the city centre. Very pleasant staff. The lunch buffet is pretty expensive and no prices are written anyway. Food is not very nice except for the breakfast. |
