Every thing else
The stuff is friendly.
The hotel need to be reconstructed again, some electrical plugs dose't work, water leaking in the bathroom, the access key is working in a special way, I spent a long time to learn how to use it, they never consider it as a problem, they just trying to learn you their way to use it, breakfast is poor, simply it can be a 3 stars hotel, no more.
the location! the comfortable bed:-)
Nice view over alrigrag river near to city center, staff are friendly clean rooms with bathrooms
Room Door opening card sometimes with malfunctions shower tray drainage
Noise coming from street
The place is nice. Near Hassan tower, Medina and Tram station.
I ordered breakfast by room service, just hang order sheet on door knob. But nobady takes care of it. Finally I cannot eat breakfast in hotel. I am disappointment. Service is the same as 3stars.
We were given the attention we deserved by all staff specially Mr. Nour eddine and Miss Amal.
Nothing only location and was very dirty and noisy.
Everything starting from unfriendly staff. Plus insects inside the food (cocroch).
Clean Place and friendly people.
None during my short stay.
The location was good
It was nothing like the pictures on the internet which looked like. A nice modern hotel. The building was old and had worn out furniture. The Hotel is about a three and badly needs upgrade to make it a four star.
Friendliness of staff
Bad bad bad bad value for money, not a 5 star hotel at all, hotel is in disrepair, service is exceptionally slow, hotel bar closes early, level of service is poor, forgot towels, forgot soap, one pair of slippers and one bathrobe in a room for 2, overall a huge disappointment at 250€ per day for a below average room
Really good service at all levels.
The Gym need a renovation.
Twice they gave me a dirty room.
To say its a five star I believe is a bit misleading but the price was good and facilities were clean, as well staff was friendly - just was not a 5 star.
Breakfast very poor no variety Low quality bread, service, Room service breakfast price Ridiculous.
The hotel is run-down; poor breakfast; doesn't deserve its 5 stars.
No Wifi in the room , No facilities breakfast was poor
the wi-fi connection was not available although it is mentionned in the services provided in the rooms.
The room was comfortable. The hotel has many nice facilities such a a hairdresser. The hotel is located near a major touristic point and is well situated in a residential area. The Medina and the Oudayas are in a walking distance for a quick visit.
The breakfast room was overcrowded and it got hectic, probably to the rush hour of touristic buses leaving at 8 am: buffet not refurnished, tables were untidy, etc People could smoke in the lobby.
Location is ok, near the tram line.
The Wifi connection is practically non-existent. They will tell you it works, but it doesn't. Then, you will go and complain about it at the reception desk, and they will say they are having problems and will try to fix this. I have staid in the hotel 5/6 times, and they have been saying the same since the first time. If you need to rely on an internet connection, choose some other place.
near the tram way stop.
no internet connection, basin and shower blocked. broken furniture. its too much money for nothing. I cant recommend it to a friend.
My reservation was confirmed by booking but when I arrived at 11 pm, no room was available. The next day, the manager explained they received the confirmation from booking at 2 a.m. the next day so hours after my arrival. Who is right? I do not know
Great location for exploring the Medina and Kasbah.
Very experience for a hotel that was build in 70s and never renovated since. Staff rude and don't speak English
