all service in general is good
Location and view
Friendly & accommodating staff.
The lift (elevator) is slow if not working. Few choices of a la carte food.
The swimming pool at the top floor was very nice
Staff were very accommodating, helpful, & friendly.
The elevator service. Slowly & sometimes not opening on the floor.
The staff was awesome. The view was great.
the fact that the room with a view didn't have a double bed the other rooms had a n awful view it was kind of scary! I was there for leisure so it was kind of disappointing. Other wise the hotel is nice !
Much better than the one in Marrakech
In Marrakech: Night staff very arrogant and unhelpful No mini bar Shower unsatisfactory Questionable clientele Poor internet No wifi in rooms Below average breakfast
Every thing else
The stuff is friendly.
The hotel need to be reconstructed again, some electrical plugs dose't work, water leaking in the bathroom, the access key is working in a special way, I spent a long time to learn how to use it, they never consider it as a problem, they just trying to learn you their way to use it, breakfast is poor, simply it can be a 3 stars hotel, no more.
The rooms is too dusty and dirty for 5 stars hôtel. We had to leave earlier because we couldn t stay in such a dusty room. The staff is inefficient: don't bother to ask for anything, you won t get it. Definitely not a 5 stars category hôtel
the location! the comfortable bed:-)
We spent 2 days in Golden Tulip and it was one of the best hotels where we stayed
Located near to medina and coastal inlet view
Bathrooms need up dating, pillow allowance, 1 per person same with towels. Not a 5* hotel by European and definitely not 5* by Indian standards, needs some money spent to bring it up to standard and to solve the ant issue in the bathrooms
Nice view over alrigrag river near to city center, staff are friendly clean rooms with bathrooms
Room Door opening card sometimes with malfunctions shower tray drainage
Noise coming from street
Quality of service and employees
The place is nice. Near Hassan tower, Medina and Tram station.
I ordered breakfast by room service, just hang order sheet on door knob. But nobady takes care of it. Finally I cannot eat breakfast in hotel. I am disappointment. Service is the same as 3stars.
After the complaint they changed my room and given me the studio apartment. which was very good and good view. The new staff was very polite and respected my opinion.
I booked the Executive Roome as advertised on Booking.com website , but when i went there the room was in poor condition and the quality was so bad that not even near to one star rating hotel. The staff was not helpful initially. Ac was just giving the snapshot of cold air.
The room was excellent as you'd expect from this type of Hotel, the staff were also very helpful. I didn't use many of the facilities as I was only there two nights. The food could have been better, I had one lovely meal and one which had to go back. The Hotel is missing out on the little things which would change it from a very nice Hotel to an excellent one.Over all our stay was very pleasant.
There wasn't anything to dislike, other than the food which could have been better.
We were given the attention we deserved by all staff specially Mr. Nour eddine and Miss Amal.
Nothing only location and was very dirty and noisy.
Everything starting from unfriendly staff. Plus insects inside the food (cocroch).
Clean Place and friendly people.
None during my short stay.
The location was good
It was nothing like the pictures on the internet which looked like. A nice modern hotel. The building was old and had worn out furniture. The Hotel is about a three and badly needs upgrade to make it a four star.
Friendliness of staff
Bad bad bad bad value for money, not a 5 star hotel at all, hotel is in disrepair, service is exceptionally slow, hotel bar closes early, level of service is poor, forgot towels, forgot soap, one pair of slippers and one bathrobe in a room for 2, overall a huge disappointment at 250€ per day for a below average room
