Staff extremely friendly. Clean rooms Bedding and towels regularly changed Lovely informal relaxed ambiance Located near to some excellent restaurants
Not much we didn't like. Breakfast became a bit monotonous after 14 nights, Would have liked more choice and some fruit and yoghurt as an option.
Good hotel for reasonable price. Not far from the beach.
Braekfasts are very poor in that 4 stars hotel. On the offer of booking com it was written, that the room will be with ocean view, but it wasn't... Internet was warking only in the lobby.
Initially the reception desk claimed there would be no triple rooms available, but later on revoked this claim Booking.com-price was not accepted at reception. Had to book via internet at reception desk (!) for this price.
Was good stay I lik't
The room was kept very clean and the air-co worked well. The view over the well kept garden's was very nice. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The location is good and we were taken good care of in the private beach area. Definitely worth the money!!
Hotel could do with some tlc, in place's looking a bit shabby. Swimming pool was busy, and looked a bit sober, they could do with a bit more greenery around that area, so was glad we could use the facilities on the beach. Didn't like the loud music by the swimming pool either.
I like the surroundings and the cats on the property. They were the nicest thing to look at and see, in all honestly.and the lady making the rghaif. And only one gentleman that was at the front desk who directed us to the best places to eat in agadir.
I'm gonna have to list. I'm not picky at all but this was not worth the money. Paid over $400 American for 4 days. This is why: - ac didn't work for a day and a half because they gave me a wrong remote control - toilet was broken where it didn't flush properly - no hot water and the water was salty. Like ocean salty - phone was broken so I couldn't call to ask about the remote control/ac/toilet issues. And I was all the way in the very end of the hotel to the back - staff didn't show around hotel or gave lack of information. Or just didn't care about their jobs - only catered to European tourists and assumed any Moroccans were not actual guests - the worse gym I have ever seen with a rug that hasn't been cleaned in who knows how long and three broken elliptical machines Next time I'm going to the big hotel next to the beach or Sofitel. For 400 USD for 4 days, I expect better. Especially for a non-American 4 star hotel . And as a Moroccan, I'm disappointed how they showcase hospitality. We have a better reputation than that
Swimming pool with games every 2 hours approximately (they offer free drink to the winners). Nice party during the evening with games. The staff try hard to entertain the guests. Good breakfast.
They should improve the orange jus they offer during the breakfast.
The food and staff were very nice.
Breakfast could have been a lot better. staff tampered with my suitcase lock as it was broken inside. can't take guests in your room after 7pm ...
