On first day there where impossible to connect to wi-fi, and staff said that it's my problem, not theirs. Also very cold in the room, air conditioner blowed cold air instead of warm. Got heater.
Very Bad Hotel & Services
Some black mushrooms spots on the shower wall. Heating was poor at night.
Helpfull staff at frontdesk.
Wifi not available in the room. Too many open doors in the lobby when chilly weather (5 °C, at evening).
The architecture was nice, bedroom huge, obviously this hotel was designed to be something fancy, mixing western standards with local colour
Somehow all the nice things the hotel could have, are gone due to bad management, the rooms are dirty, personnel does not speak English or any other language but French or Arabic (fine for a hostel, but a 4 stars??) Food always took ages to be delivered in the table (not even mention the lack of room service) Upon arrival, my room was superdirty, no electricity, the lock wouldnt work. In fact I fixed the lock and the electricity myself, as they had no maintenance guy around. As said, would be fine for a 18 Eur hostel, but not for a 50 Eur/night 4 stars hotel wannabe.
The room was quite enough and the bed is wery comfortable to sleep. Breakfast is good.
The bed has wheels, and when you lean it moves easily. Wi-Fi connection sometimes is good and fast, sometimes... no way to connect.
The AC is not working. The tv out of order. The breakfast very poor. The waiter are very slow. I don't recommend it for long stay ,,,,,
Large well designed room, bathroom and terrace - we had been allocated a ground floor one but preferred more privacy upstairs and were changed with a smile. Attractive garden around pool and drinks at tables + snacks at the restaurant end. Very clean, nice staff.
Food was dull international stuff- buffet dinner looked uninspiring, snacks were perfectly edible but tasteless: shame not to have any Moroccan food. Coffee at snack bar was excellent, breakfast coffee dreadful and the bread was not fresh for breakfast.
No internet in room , faulty aircondition, even it claimed to be 4 star.
