Riad Kenzo is located in the heart of Marrakech’s medina, just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Djemaa-el-Fna Square. It has a rooftop terrace, plunge pool and Hammam.

Customer service cleanliness Food (each morning a different breakfast, and the dinner we ordered) Furniture JACUZZI :)
The position is perfect to reach Jemaa el fna or any other attraction in the city centre. But the first day it was difficult to come to the riad, but hopefully we found a lot of guys giving us directions.
staff, hosbitality, understanding.
The room was small but cosy and, most importantly, very clean. We didn't hear any noise during our stay although it was a very busy riad with lots of people going in and out. The location was perfect; close to Jemaa el Fna but still far enough to not hear the music and people at night. Staff were friendly and we loved the tea, almonds and biscuits we were offered upon arrival.
The food wasn't that great. We had dinner on our first night there and we had the chicken tajine - the chicken was overcooked and therefore really dry. Breakfast was ok-ish; the rolls, bread and pastries were also extremely dry but we liked the fresh fruit juice. We also didn't like the fact that the waiter literally asked for a tip for him and the cook while we were still having breakfast.
Great location in the naraw medina roads and a 2 min walk from the main piazza. Hotel was very clean, great traditional breakfast and the staff where super helpful in anything we needed .
Nothing , everything was great !
the staff job was incredible. All of them ready to serve you and very polite.
Professional staff Great location
Jaccuzzi not toi clean. Tiny room.
Inclusive breakfast was great everyday and 2 of the mornings we left for excursions before breakfast began and they accommodated for us with pleasure. Which was perfect. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. Spoke very good English and helped us out with directions and where was best to go and visit. Great location very close to the main square and souks. But was still in walking distance or a fairly cheap taxi from the new town. Rooms were cleaned every day and the rest of the riad was also spotless. We also found the alcoholic drinks in the riad relatively cheap compared to other places in Marrakech. As it was quite difficult to find somewhere that served alcohol during Ramadan. But can't comment on the rest of the year. Had a great time there and would definitely recommend l'heure d'ete.
Perfect location, right next to the main square. Very quiet, air conditioned rooms, comfy beds, nice breakfast, wine on the roof terrace every night. And very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent for a young couple wanting to explore the city!
-people extremely nice. -awesome jacuzzi with nice views.
Centrally located in the medina near the main square- Jamaa Al Fina. The Riad is very welcoming; the staff are wonderful. The Riad oozes with charm and style. It is immaculately clean and tranquil and is just something you will never experience in any other place. Security is excellent. The breakfast in the morning was terrific. The roof terrace is a huge plus.
I had no window in my room but this is merely the style of the building. Wasn't a huge problem. A Riad might not suit all people. It is like staying in someone's house so don't expect the "hotel experience." Difficult to find so ensure you know where you are going. Taxis cannot drop you to the door!! And ask some people directions, they expect to be paid to give you an answer!!! Welcome to Marrakech !
Everything was wonderful...
The staff, hot tub, location and food
Stay Marrakech and in the centre for only one day. Then leave the centre to feel human again. The hotel helped a lot in that. Very clean and close to European standards. Amazing breakfast.
The staff is talking to you and what they see to you is Euros. If they sense they will get nothing, they just try harder to get a tip on anything.
The multi lingual staff were very attentive to detail and getting it right for you first time
Having to leave
Location was great. All the staff are happy to help with anything. Breakfast was fantastic. Suite was beautiful.
Perfect location, staff is so helpful and sweet, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi on the roof top
Excellent breakfast, room, wifi and facilities. The free Jacuzzi is a very nice addition. Very handy for central Medina and Jemaa El Fna.
Only small points - The location down alleyways was a little trouble to find, but it's hard to avoid all the persistent locals (with backup never far behind) forcing you to be "helped" to get there (for a price). That's Marrakesh, however. Staff also asked for tips before we gave them (we would have tipped anyway), which we consider a little rude as tips are discretionary.
Great location. Lovely, smiley waiter serving breakfast.
Sewage smell in the bathroom. Cleaning lady literally packing me up everyday...all my clothes were back in a suitcase and cosmetics back in a toiletry bag. I found it a bit too much.
Good people. Made me breakfast at 4:15 am so I could get my plane. Great convenient, quiet, location.
The quality of the room appointments is superb. The bathrooms are modern and spotless. The staff are courteous and incredibly eager to help. It is a bit tough to find (like all Moroccan riads in medinas) but it is worth it once you're there.
We booked HBP for 6 nights and requested a baby cot for our 9 month old. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a suite (and grandma too!) for our stay. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks!
Very limited satellite tv. Computer in lobby didn't work most of the time during our stay but it was not a big deal.
The Know how of the staff is the essence of heure d'ETE. I will never forget Said, the Reception team either the Gentleman or the Lady, the feeling that the Riad is your home. This Riad is not 5 stars with swimming pool or Luxury but the Customer approach and handling so high ranked, even better than a luxury Hotel. I advise any one loving the relational and the feeling that you enter your second home with such relaxing and open minded staff to try this quite Riad.
Excellent hospitality Lovely roof terrace Quiet
The riad is in the medina just by the D'Jemaa el Fna but is peaceful and secluded. Staff were all great and very helpful and charming; there is a hammam on site and lots of help and advice when required. Breakfasts are excellent and the roof terrace and jacuzzi are tip top. The decoration and furnishings were in lovely moroccan colours and tones which added to the riad's sense of charm.
Our room was quite low with windows to the inner balcony only which made it a bit dark, especially as it was quite small. It is a detail though as there was light enough when we opened the shutters and we didn't spend much time in our room except to sleep.
Very clean, very kind staff, good location
They close the roof window, we miss the fresh air in our room. Room a bit small. I prefere older riad with atmosphere than this modern style.
