Atlas Medina & Spa is surrounded by a 12 acre garden in the heart of Marrakech’s Hivernage Square. It offers rooms with private bathrooms, a spa and free parking.

The Naoura Barrière is spread over a beautiful garden landscape, centrally located in Marrakesh near the heart of the medina (historic quarter). It offers a peaceful setting and luxury facilities.
Score from 400 reviews Wonderful
quality of food is very bad , not big choice for breakfast. Rooms are not clean enough High price for quality provided The spa is very nice and the lasy was great The hotel is well located in quite area and near to nice restaurants
Moroccon bath and the spa
Great location, friendly staff - just eat elsewhere!
lets say there are alternatives to room service and hotel food, particularly when there are so many fantastic places to eat near by
Staff were very helpful. Towels robes etc looked very dingy
I was expecting breakfast to be included.
Now my third time in Marrakech and I have finally found a great hotel. Very close to the main square but away from the hullabaloo to ensure some quiet! Lovely area, superb restaurants in the vicinity.
... its best to eat out!
Almost nothing ..
Noises at the morning
Staff Friendly Spa Good Room nice
Room Service poor Got chased to the airport for not paying minibar bill as it had to be paid cash!!!
The service was horrible; so much so I would avoid this hotel The room also smelt a bit like mildew.
hotel needs refurbishment, it is very tired and has nothing to do with 5 stars. lobby and rooms overlooking the pool smell of food which is being cooked in the restaurant. if your rooms windows are overlooking the street, it is too noisy, they are not soundproof. AC was not working, so hot was in the room. Shower was not working properly Toilet in a separated from the bathroom had a horrible smell.
Massive beds, very helpful staff and a roof terrace with a simply jaw-dropping view. Breakfast was good and the swimming pool was kept very clean-can walk to city centre very swiftly.
The rooms looked like they had once been very modern once (you wouldn't really know which part of the world you were staying in) but some of the fixtures were broken/falling off etc including our card room holder. Also there was a distinct (however faint) smell of sewage in the late evening coming from the bathroom and toilet. It wasn't awful but was definitely unpleasant at times.
The location of the hotel is perfect. 10 min walking distance to the Medina and 10 min walking distence to Gueliz. You are right in the middle of all fancy restaurants like the Comptoir, Jad Mahal, Club So. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooftop and swimming pool area are wonderful to have a break after a hectic day in the Medina. The beds are fantastic, balcony is great, soundproof rooms and very good wifi connection.
our first night we arrived very late (1am) and had a room on the top floor which stunk (sewer) and the towels of the previous guests had not been cleared and the pillows on our beds had no covers. Since we were tired after travelling this wasn't nice but they instantly took care of it when we brought it to their attention. We had a different room the remainder of our stay which was great and had no smell issues (apparently 3rd and 4th are the best floors) with view on Sofitel.
I like the gym, location, rooms and food at the hotel. Good value for the price.
I think they can work on the attitude on the staff. Spa is overpriced and they don't have control over their bookings.
Personeel! We had to switch rooms repeatedly because of a horrible smell in the room and the air-conditioning did not work. As in any hotel these things can happen. It is how we were treated by the personnel is what made the experience at this hotel a terrible one! Don't know if its because we dont speak french. Or that we are 2 women or because we booked via booking.com but the treatment was very disappointing. Only the doormen and room service personnel were friendly. We thought this has something to do with marrakech but after switching to sofitel only 3 min away we now know that its the hotel!!!!
Staff were not friendly or helpful. Registration was very poor. Additional cost for breakfast was very expensive
Service and hospitality was excellent.
Communication at the time of the booking was not clear. My room did not include breakfast and other amenities. This was not explained at the time of the booking. if l had not enough money l would not ve had any food to eat with my family. Its important that communication is clear and package thoroughly explained. I got a very bad deal and was not happy at all with booking.com. My name is Mrs Adebola Shaw.
Samira and Esma at the reception were my angels. They are so nice and helpful, I can't thank them enough. The location of the hotel is perfect, the most beautiful neighborhood in Marrakech.
Roof top terrace
I was there for a 3 night stay on recommendation and found it ideal. Clean, helpful staff, good breakfasts and a central location. Loved the roof terrace.
The location close to the old town. Staff is very helpful
The rooms and other areas need maintenance in order to make it a comfortable place to stay
The service was great! The staff was very helpful and spoke english very well and booked some tours for us. The location is perfect for walking to the medina but not staying in the chaos of it. The Hivernage area was gorgeous and we had a fabulous time!
On our first night we did not have water all night until morning. Wish we could have been told the water would be turned off from 9pm till 6am.
Food in the restaurant was excellent. Staff members were very helpful and nice.
Location was perfect Rooms very comfortable Spa very good Lovely Moroccan Wine.
Lack of food options on hotel menu. Other than the restaurant menu there was not much choice for food. Restaurant food could not be ordered and eaten elsewhere. Bar menu was very small..only a few pizzas, a burger and spag bol and a couple of Sandwiches.
