Service and hospitality was excellent.
Communication at the time of the booking was not clear. My room did not include breakfast and other amenities. This was not explained at the time of the booking. if l had not enough money l would not ve had any food to eat with my family. Its important that communication is clear and package thoroughly explained. I got a very bad deal and was not happy at all with booking.com. My name is Mrs Adebola Shaw.
Samira and Esma at the reception were my angels. They are so nice and helpful, I can't thank them enough. The location of the hotel is perfect, the most beautiful neighborhood in Marrakech.
Roof top terrace
I was there for a 3 night stay on recommendation and found it ideal. Clean, helpful staff, good breakfasts and a central location. Loved the roof terrace.
The location close to the old town. Staff is very helpful
The rooms and other areas need maintenance in order to make it a comfortable place to stay
The service was great! The staff was very helpful and spoke english very well and booked some tours for us. The location is perfect for walking to the medina but not staying in the chaos of it. The Hivernage area was gorgeous and we had a fabulous time!
On our first night we did not have water all night until morning. Wish we could have been told the water would be turned off from 9pm till 6am.
Food in the restaurant was excellent. Staff members were very helpful and nice.
Location was perfect Rooms very comfortable Spa very good Lovely Moroccan Wine.
Lack of food options on hotel menu. Other than the restaurant menu there was not much choice for food. Restaurant food could not be ordered and eaten elsewhere. Bar menu was very small..only a few pizzas, a burger and spag bol and a couple of Sandwiches.
It was generally decent, clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, comfortable bathroom..
Staff was only OK, the spa was closed that weekend (we had no notification). I needed earplugs to sleep the second night because it seemed the girls next door were having a party, but I guess that's just luck.
Location, quality of breakfast, helpfull staff
Bad smell in the room (due to renovation of SPA) Price (rates not including breakfast)
i booked transportation but i had to wait 1 h in the airport for the driver. I could understand that is travelling with other costumers. From the airport to the Hotel, is no more than 10 minutes and they don't say nothing to me.Lousy service!! Not even a call to me!! Over my room there are clientes they made noise all night and for 2 nights they scream at 4h/5h am in the morning.Impossible to rest! An experience to never repeat. And to never recomend to my friends
The service was good..
IT was a bit noisy because of the Spa renovation..
The friendliness and quality of the service was beiond perfect.
Sky bar, location and the food from the pool bar really was fantastic.
Apart from the bar staff the remaining were rude and unhelpful. They turned their noses up at us when we arrived, didn't greet us how I would expect in a 5* hotel and didn't advise that half of the hotel facilities weren't available for use. We organised an excursion from an external company and when we were due to be picked up the driver was told the hotel had no idea who we were- good job he waited!!! The hotel looks tired and needs a face lift. The hotel is classed as a 5* but in reality that's pushing it. We had a great deal through Booking.com but if I had paid any more I would have been very dissatisfied.
The noise, the bloody noise. Rooms are not soundproof and you are awake every morning.
I got charged around $100 after 2 days on my visa card. I don't know for what was that charge and no notification was send by the hotel.
except noise of heating , it s very calm, peopler nice, especially at the parking , the doorman, men who carry the luggage .. it s very clean
noise of heating room where i spent first day was sooooooooooooooooo Noisy, but i insisted that i should change the room next day, the told me ok but for next day, i said find a solution, finally, the gave me another less Noisy, more calm
Staff friendly and helpful
Loud music could be heard to the early morning hours from the fifth floor room
Reception staff apart from one very unfriendly. Fridge not working. Safe not working. Sockets hanging from wall. Drinks extortionately priced.
valet + reception + room + wc + restaurant
Nice big bed.
We didnt get much sleep because they had a weird phone problem which they struggled to resolve. The phone in our room rang intermittently for no reason - they fixed it but then it started in a neighbouring room and they couldn't stop it. Very Annoying. And in the morning when we checked out the chap on duty was not very apologetic so we left on a sour note.
