The hotel staff was friendly and helpful in most cases, the hotel is clean, the making-up of room is fast and effective. There is parking in front of the hotel free of charge. - beds were not solid, they squeaked and as they were with wheels at one side they felt to fall apart any moment - at the southeast wing, we smelled cesspit smell when windows of our room were opened - the first day, when going to the pool you have to pay deposit for towels, but there were no towels and we had to wait for half an hour, which apperantly happened several days before too - the food is okay, good for dinner, but rather "chemical" taste for breakfast, sometimes you have to pick second or third plate to get a clean one - internet is available only in lobby, but with standard home size router, and therefore during the day we barely could use it, as it was slow or falling (due to high number of other users, which is logical). Practically, the internet is virtually not available.

Beach hotel, one of the few in Agadir with its own chairs directly on the beach. Very nice place and very professional staff. Perfect cleanliness everywhere (much appreciated). Abundant and varied buffets with excellent service. Spacious room with balcony, very quiet. Nice posh clientele, mainly mature people (we suppose due to the season). Low quality food, and the all-in wine is terrible. No Wifi in the room, should be a must. Severe lack of information about what can be done in the hotel or outside. Poor and unpleasant shops in the vicinity. Remember Agadir is just for sun, sand and sea.

I am sorry to say that I did not like it at all. Staff was extremely unfriendly and hungry for money. If you are not from the Western countries and a solo traveler then this hotel is not for you.

Garden room excellent. Food varied and plentiful. Easy access to the beach for walks in the sea. Quiet location but near enough to town for a walk in the sea or on the promenade which was safe at night Heated pool had no shallow area for children or non swimmers who therefore could not swim????

The staff were absolutely fantastic, from the cleaners up to management. They all seemed genuinely happy and very polite and helpful. Food was very good as was the bar service. We were given an upgrade without asking. Too many Polish people who were rowdy, rude and noisy on our second week.

Proximity to the beach. Pretty much everything else. Over-crowded, sub-standard facility, mold, peeling paint, old TV, old, stained towels, payment to use safe, missing light bulbs, parking on the street, disgusting breakfast, urine stains on two duvets, and the feeling that you best remember that you are nothing special here - just a number.

Self service Food - for a tourist only hotel - was of good quality. Staff were courteous in resto's and bar The room we were eventually given on second night was good Don't stay in pool side rooms - ours was full of ants !! Only foreign tourists there - no Moroccans unfortunately !!

Nothing to me as something bad they did .. I wanted to invite my client to the hotel to drink something and discussing our business.. But guard at hotel did not allow to het to go in. I asked why , he said bec she is moroccon and he implied my client to be bad woman.. I was so upset and I shouted then guard manhadled me in front of hotel and vituperated us.. When I told what he did to us at reception, nobodoy cared what I was telling them . and they behaved as nothing happened.. I m really disappointed at this hotel and management.. Bec firts time in morocco happpened to me such stupid behaviour like that.. Sure that never ever will stay at this hotel anymore..

We were there during the Christmas season, we have had wonderful 3 weeks. Very good hotel well worth its four stars, nice garden, nice pool area, good food, we had all inclusive and lived on the buffet , the varied food and had different theme nights, breakfast was by our standards very good, fresh strawberries and fruit salad, pancakes, yogurt, bread, cheese, vegetables, omelettes, chefs who stood and made pancakes and fresh donuts every morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even if you do not drink said (as it stood on the previously had reviews ..) Kids club was fantastic, divided into a group of small children and one for larger, with activities throughout the day, while in French and English . The rooms are great, large and spacious, somewhat humid unless you drove aircondition. We had the family room on the ground floor with a terrace area with a few chairs and tables. Children part of the room was behind the sliding doors so it worked well. Good housekeeping , The hotel is almost the farthest on the boardwalk and it's a good way to go to get to the marina where some shops and restaurants are located, but it does take 30 minutes to go a fantastic beach promenade with children. Good security and the guards at the entrance and the beach kept track of the children so that they themselves had to run down to the beach without adults. The evening's program with underhpllning for children and adults was very good for the kids and sometimes really good evening entertainment although some nights were just ok.i strongly recommend this hotel to all families with children.

The pool area is huge and quite nice, plenty of space. Free Wifi in the hotel lobby was good (slow but good to have). Good value for money, the rooms were a decent size. We arrived at about 430pm, we had missed lunch due to travelling and wanted a snack before dinner. We were told there was absolutely nothing available at that time, no restaurant or snack bar or anything!! For the size of the hotel we were shocked. We went for a walk the next morning while we waited for it to get warmer (which it tended to do at about 1pm) and then headed to the pool to sunbathe and swim only to be told we couldnt get towels for another 2hrs - again very disappointed.

Located right on the lovely beach with an area designated on the beach for hotel guests to relax on (wouldn't be so impressed if I was just visiting the area). 2 good pools on the property that we nearly had to ourselves at times. Activities organised by the staff were quite good, never did this sort of thing before. Had good fun playing volleyball with Wafa and other guests. No shortage of food ! The drinks in the bar were barely drinkable, we only upgraded to all- inclusive on arrival. The food was fine and I enjoyed but the drinks were bad. Tried the beer one evening at the bar outside and didn't finish, had a glass of wine after dinner another night and left it behind me after the first sip. Had little bearing on stay as was not going to be guzzling alcohol all night regardless ! My first visit to the bar outside coincided with a barman smiling at me and saying this is for me as he handed me the tips jar.....

Large, quiete, clean, comfortable room - excellent selection at buffet breakfast 1) On arrival with car and stopping to unload my luggage in a very wide and spacious drive way in front of the hotel I was told agressively by young attentent not to park there but to park across the road - which I ignored, checked in and then moved my car - thus put into a bad mood from the start. 2) the shower attachment of the bath did not function thus it was very difficult (for older people like my wife and I) to having to take a sit-down bath 3) No TV reception in room 4) Location (Founty Beach) on the extreem east end of Agadir and not on west end as shown on location map of Booking.com website
