Air-conditioning didn't work, not pleasant in 95-100 degree weather. Breakfast not good value, but typical for hotels here. Not bad, just overpriced.

The hotel was very well maintained; a good price and located next to the train station.

We stayed overnight at the hotel while travelling from Essaouira to Rabat. The location adjacent to the bus terminal and train terminal was excellent for us. The grounds and breakfast were good. We did not use the pool but it did look inviting. The staff on the desk and the breakfast were pleasant and helpful..

The first room they sent us to had used sheets on the bed. They had not been changed after the previous guest. They moved us to a different room. The general upkeep and cleanliness of the rooms should be improved.

The location was very good with the station next door.

No towels in room, asked cleaner one towel was dirty. Asked at reception they forgot to send them up, just terrible slow service. Was ripped off on two drinks at pool. The guide they got us was a tool, room had a very cold feel.

Location is a walking distance to Gare du Marrakech Train Station and one of open top bus tour (hop on hop off bus tour)

Very helpful staff, A good location if you are traveling through Marrakech and need a place near the transportation hub, Breakfast was excellent. Overall, anything you could expect if you expect a 3 star hotel + staff helped us greatly.

Perhaps the rooms need a touch on the design department, even IKEA design would be nice.

Hotel is run-down - rooms at street-side extremely noicy with open window - swimming pool not heated in winter - you really must like a swim in 8 degrees-water! (Celsius)

It is next to Supratours main bus station and the train main station. It has a nice pool, nice garden, excellent breakfast offered. Soft bed, bathroom facilities very good.

On my arrival, I would expect to be explained on how do I get to my room (elevator, stairs, etc.) and offered to carry my luggage. Instead I had to ask which is the access to my room. Unfortunately, I wasn't clear due to language problems maybe and I had to guess where the access to room is (stairs). I was in the web-corner for 20 minutes, not being able to access internet. Staff was using the web-corner next to me.

I have visited this hotel many times over the past 6 years years. The location is excellent, being located directly adjacent to the train staiton and the Supratours bus station, which makes it ideal for late night / early morning arrivals or departure.

Over the 6 years that I have stayed at this hotel I have seen a steady decline in service offering, staff attitude, room quality, hotel Decoration and price / quality ratio. I think it is time that Accor re-invest in a refurbishment and a re-inventing of the staff and management team. It is very sad to see this hotel decline in quality, especially when the price remains the same. The out of town Ibis in the palmerie is much better value, but as i say, out of town.

Excellent position for the train or bus stations, great if you need to stay a night before leaving marrakech the next morning. Nice looking pool though, nice breakfast.

Expensive in comparison to other hotels in the city. Not as cool even with air con as a riad.

J’apprécie le proximité du centre ville

L’accueil est très moyen. Le parking est gratuit normalement mais j'ai du payer 50drh pendant deux jours. Car le gardien nous réclame de payer et lorsque j'ai demander des explication a l'accueil on me dit de faire un geste pour les gardien. Le confort des chambres est tres moyen la moquette en plastique est rempli de tache. La salle de bain envahi par les fourmis...c'est mon troisième séjour est bien sur le dernier. C'est dommage!!!!!
