The staff was realy nice
Good beds, dust free, best coffee of Morocco, very nice garden. Next to supratours.
First impression: out dated.
Bed is good quality. Staff is gentle.
At arrival no towells in room. Carpet in room and entrance is not clean anymore.
free bottle of water at 2 AM.
noise of the road
Good value for a stopover as is located next to the train station.
Hotel in need of refurbishment.
Good solid hotel , good as a travel stop off point for Airport , Supra tours or rail travel.
all was ok for our short stay.
Location next to supratours, less than a minute's walk. Beds comfortable, perfect for those who need a hotel close to supratours or the train station.
Not many options to dine out close by.
Very close to train station, Supratours and CTM bus stations. Easy to find. Only stayed overnight so unable to rate facilities etc.
Room was a bit on the small side. Noise from the street disturbed our sleep. It would have been nice to have been offered tea when we arrived at 10pm.
belows+towels !!! very poor quality
The pool facilities were very good, and the staff were helpful and friendly
There is no poolside bar even tho it's advertised , but apart from that I have nothing negative to say.
Location and the bed was good
The hotel looks a bit old and need some renovation
The Ibis Gare is very close to the train and bus stations, yet maintains a tranquility with a pleasant garden and swimming pool.
Some of the rooms are showing signs of wear (the carpet, and the bathroom door is difficult to close)
As always, expected quality standard, excellent location(next to bus station and train station) and the value for money..!!
The room of a friend of us was full of ants and the problem was not solved by the hotel management..!!
Worst property on my entire holiday where I used more than 8 hotels at your8 locations.
It is right next to the station, which is a big relief to someone new in the city. The rate was low; and the breakfast was simple and fulfilling.
Its a standard budget hotel, and you should be looking for more when visiting Marrakesh. Moreover, the rooms were not very clean.
Very convenient for the train station and the Supratours bus station. Good clean rooms, decent breakfast and a nice garden area to sit out to eat it. Staff very helpful and efficient.
We stayed twice and one room was at the front which was a bit noisy in the late evening
Close to train and bus station. Cafe and restaurants close. Some will like close McDonald, KFC. Good bed, wider than queen size. Outdoor area and pool.
Smaller room than similar categories. Outdoor area and pool were good, just some lawn beds were bit beaten.
good hotel for your last night in hell/marakech near airport
staff is terible !!
The front desk staff was great, big hello with a smile; very helpful, room little small but comfortable, we had a room facing the street but was very quite at night. Very clean all around
I have stayed in the Ibis hotels in England and had a very good experience. I go to Marrakesh about 6 times a year and thought I would like to try the Ibis there for one night and see how it rated with the hotel I normally stay in. They are both 3 star hotels. The Ibis should never have that rating as this hotel is certainly not a 3 star its more in the region of a 2 star. The room was tired looking with dirty marks on the wall the carpet was dirty also. The curtains were ripped on the black out lining. The shower had a nasty crack in the area as you get into the shower which I am sure would harbour many germs, the shower itself did not look very clean. The door handle on the bathroom was coming off so there was no way to close or lock the door. I felt it was generally a poor substitute for the hotel I usually stay in and would never stay there again. There was many people checking in and out and only one person had access to the single computer so that process took time. There were no towels in the bathroom so I had to hunt down a person to get me some, this is quite a feat for me as I have to walk with a cane and cant walk that far looking for staff. The lift was old and extremely small only big enough for 2 people and one suitcase,. I would certainly not recommend this hotel even though it is close to the bus station there are much better hotels just a few minutes away
Reception staff disinterested and rude
Staff very friendly, air conditioning good.
Food for the evening meal was dreadful - one of the worst meals I've ever eaten. The breakfast, however was good. I would not recommend you eat your main meal at the hotel.
We have been to several Ibis Hotel in Morroco. This one was by far the worst (all others very pretty good actually). In particular the staff in the restaurant was unfriendly.
Ideal for bus transfers to Agadir or Essaouira - the Supratours bus station is just next door.
