The location is right at the train station.

The hotel staff was rediciously unfriendly and hostile. The receptionist was talking to us as if we had been inferior to him and he was incredibly mean. The bar tender was the worst: first he refused to serve us when we ordered drinks from him and then when he finally did and presented he bill, we signed it as it was supposed to be added to the room bill. We left then he started hollering in Arabic to the security guard to come after us because we hadn't paid!!! This was extreme as we had half a minute earlier signed the bill... I was extremely unhappy with this hotel and wish we hadn't stayed there as it has not given a nice picture of Moroccan people.

The hotel is fantastic especially the garden it has. The room, breakfast and the quite area where it is located were awesome.

When paying for the reservation we have been asked to pay again for breakfast. We showed the reservation paper because breakfast was included in the booking price. They didn't believe us demanding for extra money so we did argue at the check-in. Before checking-out we have just paid for the price we booked, leaving at the hotel staff the reservation paper as proof for that. (Print the reservation paper in English, bring it with you and while showing at the check-in, ask the hotel staff member to well read it before the payment).

Nothing special, simple stay. The hotel cleaners and support staff were very friendly and willing to help. Was always nice to see a cheerful face.

Location is next to train station and so it can get very noisey depending on which side of the hotel your room is located. Also we had the unfortunant experience of bug bites. I was biten more than 8 times in a single night. I must say this is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I never had the experience of bug bites during my first stay.

Trop de bruit des le matin 8h du matin. Musique de l'hôtel et discussions et rigolades des femmes de ménage. Alors que le signe " ne pas déranger" une femme de ménage s'est permise de rentrer dans notre chambre des 9h du matin!

Классно расположен (как и все Ибисы) - прям возле жд вокзала. Если планируете путешествие по городам Марокко - выбирайте отели этой сети, не ошибётесь. Все возле вокзалов и автобусных станций, проблем с переездами знать не будете. Отличный для Марокко завтрак (в данной ценовой категории). Вайфай в номерах, телевизор, кондиционер, всегда горячая вода. В отеле есть бар (дороговато, но зато есть). Рядом - банки/обменники, почта, хорошие кафе-рестораны, супермаркет (со спиртным).

Рецепшн не особо говорит по английски, хотя понимает без проблем.
