The bedding was luxurious and very comfy. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was not very appetizing, as food was cold and the selection was small. The front desk staff was not as courteous and prompt as I thought they could ahve been. |

The pool. It costs 150 dh to get the medina (one way) in a grand taxi. Little taxis dont get there. |

I decided to chose Ibis Moussafir Tanger because the information on the internet and inclusive booking.com said this hotel was in the city center. However it was 12kms from town and we had to take taxis everytime we wanted to go to the city. The hotel has very good instalations, clean and most of the things work very well. However they should inform that it is 12kms from the city center. The receptionist said the taxi costs as much as the bus to town and it is not true. And the hotel staff should not ask costumer to give ride to other people. It can put our lives at risk since we do not know the person and their intention. |

Gardens and pool were nice Convenient for the airport and reasonably quiet even though near a main road. Breakfast staff were very helpful and receptionist was nice. The waiter in the restaurant was very rude. He wouldn't give an itemised bill, he told one of our party to get her own drink from the bar |

Good value and in a resonably quiet location even though by a busy roadThe reception staff were good, nice pool and garden The waiter in the restaurant was extremely rude and uncaring. First visit he spoke English but later understood only French or Arabic. He wouldn't give a detailed bill and made one elderly lady buy an orange juice from the bar rather than deliver one to the table. |

L'hôtel propose une terrasse au bord de la piscine où l'on peut diner, elle est située à l'arrière de l'hôtel, elle est donc isolée du bruit de la route. Les chambres qui donnent sur la route sont bruyantes car mal insonorisées. |

Het nachtdienst is erg van belang en handig. Je voelt dat je mee telt als gast en komt tot rust na zo 'n lange reis van 10 uur (tussen schphol en Tanger). Wij moesten een kamer toeslage van 150 DH (ongeveer 15 Euro' s) bij betalen omdat men een andere kamer voor had gereserveerd ? Dit is geen klacht mar constatering alleen. Wij kozen het Hotel wegens reputatie, lokatie en service. |
